Great company that is 100% invested in creating a quality machine with all the right hardware and software behind it. Always interested in becoming better at what they do and offering the most innovative and intuitive features.
Great customer service by shoot away! Called Kaleb because my machine wasn’t resetting properly, he took his time with me and solved the problem! He emailed my very specific instructions! Thank you!!
Caleb was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping us pick which model to choose from. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a shooting machine.
Caleb in the team were great to work with. This machine is awesome. It’s going to take course on to the next level. After one month he’s already shooting almost 80% from the field. no way I would choose the other brand over this one. Real life simulation with shots and very quiet.
I love this machine and the company that makes them. Our was delivered a day before hurricane Nicole hit South Carolina. Unfortunately, the delivery guy left the unit outside of our garage. We covered as best we could, but it got wet and wouldn’t operate correctly. One phone call and the service manager at Shootaway offered to send a new motor at no charge with simple replacement instructions. I changed out the motor and the unit works fine. Customer service at its best!

How is the machine working for you!?!
Just wanted to say Kaleb is awesome!
I called today prepared to purchase the Gun 12k. Kaleb talked me through my wants and needs, and helped me pick the right machine for my kids which was the 8000. The character traits of integrity and honesty were displayed today by Kaleb! This is lacking in the world today!! Will highly recommend to all my friends Kaleb and the Gun!!! God will bless him 10 fold!!!
I reached out to the online chat option because my players broke the wires that connect the wand to the gun. Kaleb helped me with the wires so I could re-connect them properly. The wand is working again.
We have used The Gun at Toledo Christian since 2006 and now have 2 of them. We literally have millions of reps on them over the years. They hold up a long time and are very well built. If they need refurbished after years of heavy use, the team down there does a phenomenal job. I can’t say enough good things about their operation.
The Shootaway gun is a excellent tool that helped our players to become better shooters as well as passers. The machine is versatile and allows for creative ways to use in a team setting. It has definitely been a instrumental tool in our multiple championship runs. The the purchase of the Shootaway gun has certainly been money well spent
