We recently had William from Shockwave Generators come out to inspect our electrical panel before the sale of our home, and his professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through everything he was checking, explained what he saw in clear terms, and gave us real peace of mind during a stressful part of the selling process.
His pricing was very affordable, and he even took a quick look at two smaller issues we had around the house without hesitation. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, but William absolutely does. I’m not sure, he arrived on time and was pleasant. He said he completed the service and tested my generator, which I did hear. I would like verification that the oil, oil filter, air filter and spark plug has indeed been changed.
