I am so incredibly happy with my experience at Shmile Bromley. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Everyone at the clinic is genuinely so warm, kind and reassuring, and they listened to everything I wanted and made the whole process feel so easy. Arranging appointments was also incredibly straightforward. Dr Ismail was amazing. He was so confident and professional throughout, and he did an incredible job with my composite bonding. I had never had a major dental procedure done before, so I was naturally a little nervous, but I was reassured every step of the way. The results are honestly beautiful.. I left the clinic feeling like a dream had come true. I couldn’t be happier with my smile. I also want to give a special thank you to Erol, who was so supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. He was the person who made me feel especially welcomed and comfortable from the beginning, and that is a huge part of why I chose Shmile Bromley. Thank you to the whole team for such an amazing experience and for doing such incredible work. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Shmile Bromley enough! 🤍

I am absolutely blown away with my new smile! I cannot thank Dr Hiba and her 2 assistants Liya and Veronica. I couldn't have been in better hands and I am so grateful. I had 6 veneers and a (cobalt)? denture to my top jaw. From the moment I walked in I was made very welcome and put at ease. I have always been so self aware of my front teeth that I never smiled, now I cant stop! I would also like to thank Erol, Merdol, Ishmail and all the other lovely staff that I also got to know. I'm actually going to miss having my weekly appointments now. Such an amazing professional family business. So good that my Son is now receiving treatment with them. Highly recommended.

A few months ago, I needed a dental implant. Having recently moved to Bromley, I wanted to find a local practice that I could trust. I visited three or four dental practices in the area, but none of them felt quite right. I had had two dental implants fitted about ten years ago and had spent time researching the procedure, so I felt confident asking questions. Unfortunately, the discussions I had elsewhere did not leave me feeling reassured. Everything changed when I visited Shmile and met Merdol. He was friendly, professional. Before committing to the treatment, I also asked to meet the implantologist, Nuria, and I was very impressed. She was knowledgeable, calm, patient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I would highly recommend Nuria and the team at Shmile to anyone considering dental implant treatment.

We waited nearly 30 minutes to be called for the appointment. It was one hour into their work day so not sure how you can fall 30 minutes behind schedule. The appointment was less than 10 minutes, lacked much information, advice or options. I was really surprised how little examination was done and the little explanation and options for treatment. Needless to say won’t be returning. Giving a star for the receptionist who was super polite and friendly.

Had a lovely experience here! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and kind. I had my first appointment with Dr Hiba a week ago and she was really caring and made me feel comfortable. I also had a hygiene appointment with Abigail today, who was so lovely, caring and gentle. Her nurse was also polite and caring (unfortunately I forgot her name!). Medrol was also really friendly and helpful both times that I came here. Would definitely recommend switching to Shmile!

I couldn’t speak more highly of my experience at Shmile. Usually I am very anxious about the Dentist, but I was made to feel very comfortable throughout my whole appointment.
