Everyone at Neatly was just amazing for our last minute move. Fernando ensured he had all the info to provide us a quote and was great in getting back to us. Cesar and team did an amazing job packing everything to ensure it arrived safe and undamaged. Navigating a narrow flight of stairs with practiced ease. Joan kept us posted on status the status of everything and made communication easy. Rodolfo and Hugo were wonderful moving everything into storage in a manner that will make ut easy to get to items. All in all Neatly made this very stressful time so much easier. I recommend them highly.

Absolutely outstanding service! Cesar, Jose, and Adan from Neatly Moving and Storage were incredible from start to finish. They showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently the entire day. They handled my belongings with great care, wrapped everything properly, and made sure nothing was damaged. They were organized, quick, and made what could have been a stressful day completely smooth and easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Every part of my experience was fantastic, from start thru the final item being unloaded. It was a last minute move, with my first contact to Neatly on Monday night at 10pm for a Saturday morning move. They instantly responded to my messages, scheduling the entire move without a single phone call. Their text line was quick to respond with an actual person. Their prices were reasonable and matched their competitors. They provided a 3 man crew, Cesar, Jose and George, who were quick and efficient. They brought a 26 foot truck fully stocked with all the moving supplies needed to get my items safely to my new house at their disposal. The guys moved my items out of my entire one bedroom apartment in barely over an hour. At the new place, the lack of elevator hardly slowed them down, with the unload taking significantly less than 2 hours. Frankly, I barely lifted a finger. And they still beat their estimated price by more than $100. I’ve moved 9 times in the last 15 years. This was the best moving experience I’ve had, by a lot.

Neatly Moving and Storage is awesome!! From the video inventory they did of our home to the incredible team that came out and moved us, I cannot say enough. The movers themselves took so much care with our personal items. I was amazed. On top of that, I hadn't completely finished packing and was planning to come back the next day on my own and finish packing and moving the last of the stuff. The Neatly moving team just helped me pack everything right there. They actually just offered and insisted, and it was so kind. They ended up getting everything from the old house to the new all in one day. I will most definitely be contacting Neatly if I ever more again. Thank you Neatly team!!!

These guys did a great job they were on time and very professional was the first time my daughter has ever moved and they made the whole process very easy and stress-free.
