Please if you have any sense, DO NOT go anywhere near this lot. Rented me out a property which wasnt fit for an animal to live in. Had to get enviromental health out to prove me correct. No repairs were done, and the landlady is totally dillusional, thinks her house is a palace, when its actually falling to bits. Black mould everywhere, no heating, just to name a few on an massive list. Oh and good luck with getting a deposit back. Rude staff and not very helpful, but very quick to take your money
They did a good job. Very easy to work with and show let houses. Not too great with responding and communication back, so you have to call them quite a bug to get answers. Overall an okay experience. They do have let houses in great condition and nice neighborhoods. I would recommending if you are military and need to let a house. I would recommend to the Shires to strengthen better communication channels when people are interested.
Shires is always a pleasure to deal with. Before I had even bought a house to rent out they gave me unlimited advise. Their communication is outstanding with e mails and phone calls. My house was rented out extremely quickly and everything was dealt with and any questions I had answered. Highly recommend them.
We have just sold and completed with Shires Mildenhall.
