Natalia has been cleaning our house for a few years, first on her own, then through ShineOn. Honestly, for most of that time it was good. She sent her best cleaners, we were happy, we recommended her to friends.
But the last 6 months or so the quality started going down, and the last cleaning was just rushed. Our house is 3 bedrooms, 1880 sq ft, and it normally takes 4 to 4.5 hours. This time the cleaner was done in about 3 and skipped stuff like the shower, the toothbrush cups, dust around the electronics. So we sent Natalia photos and our comments. First time we ever complained, and we hoped for a normal reaction, like ok, we'll fix it next time.
Instead we got an apology, $40 off, and a message that they decided they won't be cleaning our house anymore. That's it. Nobody offered to come back and redo it or send a different cleaner.
Also, I noticed one of the photos on this Google profile is our kitchen. Nobody asked us about that. I'd expect a cleaning company to ask before posting pictures from inside a client's house.
Look, I've been running businesses for 20 years myself, and I get it, sometimes you want to get rid of a problematic customer. But we gave feedback once. If that's enough to get dropped, anyone reading this should know that before booking.
And for Natalia, if you read this: getting new customers in a field this competitive is hard and expensive. Loyal ones are the cheapest thing you have. Dropping them after one complaint is going to cost you more than that $40 did.

We would, however, like to clarify the statement that the quality of our service had been declining for approximately six months. During that entire period, your home was serviced by the same cleaner, and no concerns about declining quality were communicated to us. After your previous cleaning, when we personally followed up to ask how everything went, we received positive feedback. Additionally, for both your previous cleanings and this most recent appointment, you specifically requested that same cleaner again. For these reasons, we were genuinely surprised to read that you felt the quality had been declining throughout those six months.
Our decision not to continue recurring service was not made because you shared your concerns. After considering the overall circumstances and our ongoing service arrangement, we simply decided not to continue future appointments. We are sorry that our long working relationship ended this way.
Regarding the photo mentioned in your review, it was a general photo of the completed cleaning work and did not contain any people, personal information, address, or other identifying details. However, we completely respect your preference, and once you brought this concern to our attention, the photo was removed.

Friends of ours recommended ShineOn OC, and after a couple of other companies that did a sloppy job, I honestly wasn't expecting much. I'm still impressed.
We had them out for a deep clean of the house. The bathrooms were the biggest surprise. The shower glass had years of hard water spots on it that I had basically given up on, and it's completely clear now. They got the tile and grout lines, the tub, the counters, and even the plantation shutters, which is something nobody ever gets to unless you ask.
The cleaner showed up right on time, brought everything with them, and was careful with the carpets and floors throughout. Polite, no upselling, and the final price was exactly what we were quoted.
We're in Irvine and this is the first service I'm actually going to book again. Highly recommend.
