Cleaner stayed 6 hours and the house was the same .. she uses wax to make things only shiny but still all dirty .
Shower , mirror , stove top were all dirty after she left .
She didn’t touch the beds or change any bedding
Will NEVER hire her again .

You contacted us requesting cleaning services, and during a phone conversation we clearly agreed on the pricing: $300 for the first cleaning and $200 for ongoing biweekly service. You confirmed these terms prior to the appointment and stated that the home is in good condition and provided photos. Based on this, I agreed to proceed at the $300 rate, which is already significantly below the standard market price for a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home.
The cleaning was completed on March 30, and as expected for a first-time service, it required more time to achieve proper results. During the cleaning, you requested additional work outside the agreed scope, which was not originally included. I informed you about this, and you agreed to proceed.
After completion, your spouse personally inspected and accepted the work, we asked her twice to inspect everything and she accept everything and told to Anna that everything fine. All agreed tasks were completed, along with additional effort beyond the standard service which I didn't charged you extra.
Despite this, you refused to honor the agreed price and paid only $200 instead of $300. Later you claimed that no such agreement existed because it was discussed verbally. This is not acceptable, as the terms were clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to the service. You, as a business man, should know that and follow the rules, even if they were agreed verbally and as the man should respect woman hard work.
Furthermore, the statement that the cleaning was performed poorly is false. The work was reviewed and accepted on-site, and the cleaner assigned is one of the most experienced professionals on our team.
All beds in the home were neatly made. Сhanging sheets for one bed (your son’s bed) is included in the service, and this was completed as requested after you personally showed Anna which bed required a sheet change and she changed it.
Please note that changing sheets on additional beds is considered an extra service and is subject to an additional fee.
It is also important to clarify that a deep cleaning for a property of this size would cost significantly more than $300, and such a service was never agreed upon. You received a first-time cleaning with additional work included.

Fast, thorough, hassle free cleaning at a competitive price. Sent 1 person to clean approx 1,300 sq ft and some laundry loads. Oxana was great and thorough! She even started when I was not home. Completed in 5 hours. Great communication from the start. I paid the same price they quoted for the project so that too was a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be using them again! She didn’t move things in the kitchen to clean under (like the air fryer or blender) and didn’t appear to dust the dresser or night stands in our bedroom - which is the reason for the 4 stars. ShineOn cleaning provided great service, she was quick, hardworking and did a thorough clean, and was really flexible and stayed longer when I requested some extra work as she was doing such a good job.
They did have to rearrange the cleaning to the next day because of some personal work but I was given a discount for the service aswell for the inconvenience so great professionalism.
