Carlos is a super nice young man—very respectful of my property and a very hard worker. I first hired him to clean a rental property, and since his prices were reasonable, I decided to let him try cleaning the steps we were planning to replace, just to see if he could get the stains out. He made the steps look brand new and saved me hundreds of dollars on carpet replacement!
I recently re-hired him to clean my own home. He worked so hard and took his time, especially since my dog isn’t well and we needed the carpets cleaned until we can replace them. He also cleaned two pieces of furniture for me—a white sofa and a tan settee—and both look great.
He is very conscious of the product that he uses. We discussed the ingredients and he really does his due diligence to understand what is healthy and what is not. Not only is he kind enough to protect his clients, he has wherewithal to realize that he’s going to be using these products for years to come, and he obviously doesn’t want to get sick.
I highly recommend this company. I will continue to use him without a doubt. Oh, and I found out that he also cleans tile so that will be my next endeavor with this company.
I have been using this company for 3 years now and they are the truth!!! I thought my carpets were done but they are always brought back to life like new. Not to mention the customer service and attention to detail is superb. Before you buy new carpeting give this company a try. Great price given all they do to revive your carpet back to clean!

Carlos did a phenomenal job! I was really skeptical on if my rugs would come clean because of the darkness of the traffic areas. He brought the carpet back to life. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his job. I am now a lifetime customer and would refer him to anyone! Thanks Carlos!
Carlos was excellent and he explained how to dry my carpet quickly. Certain parts of my carpet was dry within 4 to 6 hours and the overall carpet was dry within 24 hours with just a few areas still a little damp. The way my carpet looked after cleaning was fantastic. I did not think it would look so cleaned and my carpet is over 30 years old. When I used Stanley Steamers over 10 years ago, my carpet was still damp 2 to 3 days later. I mean very damp the first day and still fairly damp the second to third day. I had to lay rugs around the carpet to walk on it so my feet would not be so wet. I had to keep replacing the rugs throughout each day and replace them with dry rugs (and towels) to soak up more water from the carpet. I was extremely happy with Carlos' work and he was extremely diligent with his work. I did not want my carpet cleaned for a long time after Stanley Steamers. I have not had my carpet cleaned in 10 years. However, now I will definitely get it cleaned again and will definitely call Sherwood Steemers again. I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.
