Sherry worked very hard for us traveling around and showing us numerous homes over 9 months!!...we finally found the perfect home and couldn't be happier with all her hard work and recommendations. Prompt: Sherry was the second realtor we contacted. The first realtor tended to respond to questions (or requests to see a place) at the end of the day or the next day. Since we did not have much time to waste, we reached out to Sherry. She was incredibly fast in arranging showings, answering questions, providing documentation, and so on--evenings and weekends included. Her responsiveness vastly exceeded all expectations.
Patient: We were first-time home buyers and did not know much about the process. It would have been easy for someone of Sherry's experience to patronize us, but she made us feel comfortable asking basic questions and provided thorough answers. Sherry was also extremely patient with us as we learned more about what we were looking for and shifted the types of homes we were targeting.
Professional: We felt that Sherry was on our side throughout the process (rather than pushing us into a quick deal or abandoning us once we were under contract). She fully understood when we backed out of a potential sale following inspection, and she clearly cared about getting us the best deal during negotiations. She worked seamlessly with all the other parties involved in the process, including inspector, mortgage lender, and title agency. She was even present when we signed the closing papers.
We are extremely happy with our new home, and will be recommending Sherry to friends and family relocating to the area!
