They were both courteous did a great job. We just moved in about 3 weeks ago. My windows, screens, ledges, etc. were beyond dirty,, as was the Lanai and exterior of house. Matthew and Joey were professional,courteous, and did a great job. I give them a 10+

I just wish I had known of Shepherd services years ago. This was a first with them, and the principal, Joey, is a good man of his word.
I’ve had Shepherd here previously, but had not experienced “The full monte” service, including the Window washing service they offer, As well as a complete “house wash“, and, pressure cleaning of our driveway and sidewalks.
Wow….what a difference it made!!! Not only were The windows spotless on the exterior, but they thoroughly clean the screens as well, by removing and Cleaning them; the sills, and the interior window surfaces as well. They look brand new today.
As part of my plan, I additionally had SHEPHERD clean, not only our paver driveway, but the sidewalks leading up, as well as the front porch and entranceway. Of course, we absolutely love how they cleaned our lanai: Which included spraying the many screens we have out there, the walls inside as well as the pavers… Which now looks so much better, now that they’re clean.
I wholeheartedly believe that Shepherd is by far leading the pack for these services, and am fully satisfied and will bring Joey and his crew back out here , when their services are needed again, AND I WONT EVEN CALL ANYONE ELSE FOR AN ALTERNATE BID.
Because, why should I? I’m already dealing with the BEST, whose cost btw, are very reasonable.

We had a great experience! They were quick to respond and got us scheduled right away. The crew was respectful, professional, and did an excellent job on our pool deck, home, and windows. Everything looks fantastic—highly recommend!

Joey did a professional job. He estimated the cost of power washing. He was reasonable and he stood behind his estimate even tho we added a few extra areas. We would call him again.
