What customers say about Shenasi Carpet

Choose Shenasi Carpet to clean 3 high end carpets. From the moment I drove up to the back of their shop I knew I was at the right place. Was able to see their technician carefully cleaning a carpet. It was obvious he takes pride in what he was doing. Saw the area where carpets are hung to dry. All pretty basic stuff but all that’s required to do the job. End result was excellent; returned on time and; reasonably priced. Thank you

I’ve used Shenasi for wool and silk carpet cleaning and repair for 5+ and they always do a wonderful job. This time, they did a repair of the fringe and it looks like new. I would highly recommend them.

We recently had a rug that we purchased in Morocco a few years ago serviced by Shenasi Carpet. It needed to be cleaned, a corner repaired and an edge sewn to tighten it and minimize tassel fraying. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the cleaning and repair process that was needed. Their explanation gave us the confidence in their expertise. They provided us with a very reasonable quotation and an estimate for its completion.
Right on time, we received a call stated that the work was completed. The rug was picked up the next day. The work was completed as promised and for the price as quoted. We are totally satisfied with the work done and we are proud of the rug, a beautiful reminder of a great vacation.
Overall, the team’s attention to detail and clear communication made the experience smooth and reassuring for us.

We had a rug that Shenasi carpet washed for us. Took the stains of 10 years with two kids out. They have a lovely collection of Oriental rugs. I would definitely come back.
