I had the most amazing deep tissue massage from Shell I’ve ever had. I’ve got some old injuries that other therapists have worked on in the last few years but haven’t ever really got to the route as to why they’re there. Shell was extremely professional in explaining what she found with them and why they are causing continual pain. She used techniques I’ve never experienced and although the treatment was very recent the results feel very different and I’m positive about the future for them. I’ll definitely see her again for further treatment, so I highly recommend her! She has a very caring, relaxing, soft manner making for a very chilled experience!

Michelle's massage was one of the best I have received - she was massaging on a retreat that I was on and I was gutted that I only got to see her on the penultimate day as had I seen her early in the week I would have definitely gone back.

Wonderful massage from Michelle - the perfect holiday treat. I have had some pain in my shoulder and hip, so Michelle did a full body massage and really worked through the areas in which I have been holding tension (even including my jaw!). She also gave me some tips to take away and work with. I left feeling very relaxed but also stretched and rejuvenated, which is what I was looking for.

I had heard great things about Michelle and her ‘Magic Hands’ - well having had massages all over the world, they were not wrong! THE BEST massage I have ever had by a long way!! Michelle was amazing. I had a full body deep tissue massage and everything about it was perfect. Good pressure, variation, even the fold out bed was surprisingly comfortable for portable one! Well worth it.

Michelle at Shell Therapy is an oasis of calm in a hectic world. I had the best massage I have ever received by far - I would describe it as a transcendental and wholly holistic experience - and Michelle is both hugely caring and highly professional. Her Chi Kung class made it easy for a beginner like me to take away some learnings and movements to embed in my daily life. I can’t wait to do more sessions with her and cannot recommend Shell Therapy highly enough. Michelle’s attention to detail in all she does tells me that whoever in her team you receive a treatment from or learn with will deliver a truly transformative experience that helps you heal and relax. Five stars simply don’t do Shell Therapy justice.
