Solution based approach
Our bifold doors had become increasingly difficult to operate, to the point that we were concerned they would restrict access to the garden. Ruslan’s attitude from the outset was that these were capable of adjustment and immediately set about finding a solution. He worked diligently and in a short space of time the doors were operating properly. Great positive approach and we would highly recommend.
tldr; Mistakes were made with the clean-up, the fitting itself was as expected.
I had a patio door glass replaced after it was hit by a stone. The job timelines were miscommunicated with me being told 2 weeks which turned into 4-5 weeks.
The glass and job itself were done as you would expect.
When they removed the patio door to replace it they shattered the glass, they then did an appalling job at cleaning up leaving glass around the door, in my grass, down my side passage also leaving screwbits on the floor.
I have since had a few conversations with Sheerwater Glass and received an apology discount.
Bifold Door fixing
Nick came to remove a cat flap and refit previous glass. I also asked him to look at the bifold doors which had dropped and wouldn’t open. He did a great job at mending them so I can now open them properly for the first time in a year. He also provided follow up advice. I would definitely recommend the company.

This is my first experience of the company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Special thanks to Ruslan who was both friendly and professional, and took the time to explain why the Bi-Fold had failed, fitted the replacement hinge, adjusted the fitment, and serviced the door. It is now good as new.

Nick came to swap the lock on the back door and front door, alter the mechanism of the front door so you can close the door without it locking, and realign the door so it opened and closed properly as the hinges had sagged. It took barely any time, fully transparent on pricing, had everything he needed in the van so did it in one trip. Such a nice and efficient experience, I am super impressed and grateful. Thank you!
