Had Nico from Pro Drain Experts out to unblock a drain at the front of our house in Brighton that was overflowing, causing awful smells and making the patio slippery. He arrived within 45 minutes, really fast response, sorted the blockage quickly, and left everything clean and tidy. We’ve now booked him back in to replace the gully. Highly recommend.
Nico at prodrain experts is by far the best to use for contracted work! Always great work and to a high standard! We wouldn’t use anyone else other than Nico from prodrain experts!

Had to call Pro Drain Experts out today due to a leaking sink that had also been slow draining beforehand. Nico attended within 35 minutes of booking via WhatsApp, which was brilliant.
He quickly sourced the issue to a perished rubber seal on the plug outlet, then went above and beyond by cabling the line and wet-vac’ing it clear. Nico also carried out a temporary silicone fix to keep everything watertight until I purchase a new outlet, which he’s coming back to install.
Fast response, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful service.
Highly recommend Pro Drain Experts. 💧✅

Nico came out on really short notice. The trap was massively flooding and the storm drains badly blocked. Honestly, I got full value for money here. He spent a good long time cutting roots inside the drain with specialist tools and jetting multiple times in both directions and also cctv surveying both directions a good number of times. Despite the damaged nature of the drains in both directions, after all the work, they were flowing 100% better (as opposed to barely at all before hand. Very very pleased and will be using again!

Pro Drain Experts came out to me late at night after my drains suddenly backed up. They arrived quickly, got straight to work, and had everything unblocked in no time. Really professional, polite and reassuring, especially at that hour. Couldn’t ask for better service — highly recommend them for any emergency call-outs

The issue was a damaged drain. Nico, from Pro Drain Experts attended within an hour. Very knowledgeable, assessed the problem quickly and quoted us a fair price. Nico and his team completed the work very professionally to an excellent standard. The result was a very neatly installed new drain. Great same day service unblocking a drain. I called in the morning and Nico arranged to come in the afternoon. Later he called to confirm eta. Unblocked drain and cleared root growth from chamber and surveyed to confirm.
I like to use local business where possible and was very happy with the work - so I've booked Nico to come back and survey the rainwater drains and check for any issues.
Nico was fantastic in clearing a very nasty blockage. He arrived exactly when he said, called to confirm arrival, and worked tirelessly to get the job done. We will definitely be using Nico's services again.
