From the beginning of me contacting Shapiro Law All the way to the ending of them winning and resolving my case. I was greeted with exceptional top tier service. They greeted me, educated me on the process, communicated with me and truly made me feel that there biggest ans only concern was ensuring that my case was resolved and in my favor. If I could recommend anyone to this law firm a thousand times, I absolutely would ! I worked with Jackson, Hailey, as well Nichole and when I tell you I couldn’t thank them enough. I'm not sure if I'm the exception or if they use false reviews, because if they completely ignored and straight up forgot about clients like they have with my son and me, there would be a whole lot more PO clients. I'm pretty sure the absolute zero amount of communication and even admitting that they didn't know who my son's case was even assigned to would constitute misconduct. I'm guessing I have no choice but to resign myself to the fact they've forgotten about us, that it's never going to be done before the time limit runs out, and I'm going to have to figure out how to deal with liens from our medical insurance by myself. I already have no vehicle, have been evicted with my high needs autistic child, had the property manager force me into an artificially engineered default on my loan and pocketed my payments, so I'm not sure what else they can even take from me at this point, but I'm sure they'll find something 🙃 If only I'd choosen better representation. I don't know how these very lucky people are talking about supportive teams that communicate and help in a few months. It's been over a year for my, gonna 6+ months with zero communication and when I finally get a number to contact we're going on 5 days without any response. I'm done. I give up.
