I have been coming to this office for 9 years and am happy that the new owners still offer the same level of chiropractic care that I am used to and expect. I absolutely love how easy it is to schedule and check in with their new systems. Highly recommend this office for your spinal care.

Excellent prescreening process that really helps understand what needs work and tracking of progress. I definitely have noticed better mobility and less pain. And that is important with an aging body! Their staff is very friendly and professional and I can't say enough good things about Rooted Chiropractic. They have earned a life long customer out of me.
The team at Rooted Chiropractic are amazing. Dr. Katie provides an excellent adjustment, Amy & Ireland welcome all patients with a smile and help with any need you may have. Not only are chiropractic adjustments available, there are also X-RAYS & PEMF. And that’s just the Chiropractic side, there is massage and ionic detox foot baths on the spa side. Rooted Chiropractic is a wonderful health center!

I love this office. I have had back pain and headaches for as long as I can remember and I am feeling so much better already from coming here. They are very transparent with their care plans and are also very detailed when explaining things to me which I love. I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Katie and this office to everyone and anyone looking for chiropractic care

Update - I have consistently been coming here and my overall health has been positively impacted. Dr. Katie and Amy are both really great and make sure that I am informed about the progress I am making.
Came here because I was having severe back pain. Now my back is much better!! Absolutely love the friendliness of the staff and the effort they put in to ensure I feel comfortable at every visit.
I was terrified to see a chiropractor but they were amazing. Dr. Katie walked me through everything and I left feeling much better. My sciatic nerve left me barely able to walk and every time I stood up pain shot through my leg. It would make me almost fall down. The doctors could only offer me injections or pain medicine. After one visit I could tell this would work. I was able to return to work after a week and am now pain free. She treated the problem instead of covering it up.

Sr Shaft has amazing techniques that adjust you without pain. I have been seeing her for three years and my mobility is so much better. She trains her other docs in her methods as well. She has given me advice on insoles through her and my plantar fasciitis is gone! My life is way more pain free after seeing her and I have chronic issues.
