Morning time driver Yong Xing seems first time driving tuas, so we got late to the checkpoint, big jam. Also accelerate and break hard, not comfortable. Evening pick up didn't even bother to show up, so I am still waiting. Avoid.

Was promised a bigger vehicle but gotten a smaller one instead. Only got to know during pickup. Bcos of this, the kids have to share seats and was uncomfortable. The driver also didn't check that one of the kids was seated at the last seat, he pushed the seat to fold it twice. Hit the head of the kid twice. I had to shout to stop him until he realised. Overall, disappointed this time round.
