I recently had SG Heating install a Tado smart heating system in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Steve is hands down the best heating engineer I’ve found in Gloucestershire. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knows his way around smart home integration. The system works perfectly, and the installation was tidy and seamless. Have been very happy with sg heating and plumbing servicing our gas fire only problem is, arranging the current service. Had a reminder in December that service due during the next few days, 16 - 21 February, which was responded to asking to be given a suggested date however, no response has been received. Hoping to get a date for the service
Steve & team first came to service our hybrid system, identifying areas requiring attention and initial installation errors by another company. A second visit was arranged with the corrective work carried out in a timely , clean and efficient manner. The system is now performing to its design. We are very happy with Steve's work, taking time to explain the changes required and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.
Made an appointment, Steve kept me informed by text as to his estimated arrival time; he turned up on time and with all the tools and spares required to repair my oil-fired central heating. Completed the repair then checked out the boiler as to its emissions and efficiency. We had a chat about further work I want done in the summer, Steve then tidied up and left. Very polite, very knowledgeable, not pushy and I will use him again. I felt like I was in safe hands and will use him again. Thanks Steve for the repair.

We have struggled to find someone for over a year to fix our solar panel connection to an air source heating system. All companies are busy 'installing' and not wanting to 'fix' at the moment. Finding SG Heating has been wonderful - Steve has responded quickly, obtaining a replacement for our original now-obsolete part and at last all is working. Steve kept us informed at every stage, arrived on time. Work was clean, efficient, everything neat and tidy. Friendly service and at a reasonable charge. Thank you Steve to you and your mate.

Absolutely brilliant. I’d had my gas capped off due to a leak. Steve was here the following day to look at the work and did the work with his team the day after that.
Great team, fab job, polite at all times and cleaned up well afterwards. Accurate pricing too. Highly recommended.
