We have purchased many properties over the years, most recently multiple ones in Babcock Ranch which we have bought and sold. Our most recent transactions were with SFTI, and it was a markedly different experience. Robyn, Taylor and Alyssa were so great to deal with, professional yet so friendly and helpful. They had time for every phone call, email or question and made it a pleasure having closings!! This company is far superior to the others, we would never want to use another title company. They well deserve the 5 star rating!
