First order
Was a bit nervous ordering for the first time but there was honestly nothing to worry about. Plain packaging and everything arrived exactly as it should.
Good prices without coupon
I actually like that there is no points system or loads of coupon codes to think about. The prices are just good from the start, which is much easier.
not my last order
the site is so easy to use, the descriptions actually tell you what you need to know. first order and defo not my last
Private billing, thank you
The bank statement showed a neutral company name, which is a small thing but mattered to me.. It was all very professional.
Spot on for anniversary
I ordered a couples' set for our anniversary and it arrived the next day in Cork. The gift wrapping option was a nice touch. We were both very happy.
Easy returns
The size wasn't right, so I asked about a return, fully expecting hassle. It was sorted in a few days, no questions asked. Refreshingly simple.
Quality you can feel
I've bought cheaper versions elsewhere and could really tell the difference here. Body-safe materials, quiet motor, and the battery lasts ages. It's worth paying a little more.
Great gift advice
I had no idea what to get my partner, so I emailed customer service. They answered within an hour, with helpful suggestions and no awkwardness at all. She loved the gift.
Top service.
