Very enjoyable stay in a lovely cottage in a perfect location , safe secure parking as well ,perfect location for walks and the added bonus of two local pubs ,walkable from the cottage , the cottage was clean and presented to a high standard and there’s everything you need , would recommend,and will return in the future for sure ,

A lovely bungalow which was well equipped. It was very clean. An extremely comfortable place to stay. It had everything we needed. . It is in very quiet location and there was the lovely view from the front window. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Our 4 year old grandson wants us to book again for next year. He cannot wait.

This was a lovely bungalow , had everything we needed . It felt very cozy. Kitchen well equipped, bed very comfortable , plenty of space in lounge / dining area. Location was just what we needed , somewhere quiet and set in beautiful surroundings . Nice walking areas with the dog . Only had a couple of issues on arrival with the bungalow having 2 key safes and given 2 codes on Airbnb. Got in touch with Chris and it was sorted . Also we needed extra towels ( as we were there for 1 week , not just a short break ) . Rang Chris and he got his housekeeper to call round with some more . Would definitely recommend this place . Hope we’ll be able to stay again in the future

Excellent location the bungalow was clean and tidy , beds very comfortable. We took our dog Eric and he was well catered for. We needed to get in touch with the host as the village had a power cut and Amanda kept us up dated through out the power cut . We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

lovelyfew days in Bridlington visiting family and friends. the bungalow was lovely quite spacious. bed very comfortable. Pub literally over the road. easy to get to Brid Scarborough Filey Flamborough etc. we have a large car and it did fit on the drive. Thank you Chris for a pleasent stay.

Just got home after a lovely relaxing 3 night stay at Park View. Location is perfect, easy flat walk alongside the coast to Bridlington (takes about an hour if walking steady), The Ship pub is a 1 minute walk and The Old Forge Restaurant is a 2 minute walk ( food is out of this world). Park View was like home from home, first time visiting but definitely won’t be the last.Thank you for the swift replies to my questions Chris, much appreciated.

Park View is a lovely place to stay, and this is probably our 5th visit. Its a comfortable home, plenty of space with all the necessary amenities and more and a great location. Chris always communicates well with plenty of useful information and tries to be accommodating over check-in times. He is always available to answer any queries, and responds well to feedback. Park View is a great place for a relaxing break with great walks and a lovely local pub.
