I've been taking lessons at Sew and Grew for less than a year and my family and friends are all amazed by my skills! I love coming to class - it is a safe, welcoming, wholesome space where everyone is encouraging. These classes have done wonders for my mental health. They have also helped me learn how to use the machine I got from my grandmother. But students are welcome to use their machines as well

I have learnt so much already, took the basic course 1 which was so much fun, learnt how to set up a machine and how to use it, made 4 beautiful items and gained so much knowledge from the skills that went into each item as well as how to read basic patterns. I then started the sewing club in October and the skill set went up! Very interesting designs made by owner Fatima, she is an evil genius when it comes to patterns, they are hard and require attention to detail but the challenge is amazing and there is no way I could have learnt these skills by following tutorials, the ladies that doing the teaching are top notch, very attentive to each person they are teaching, 10/10 will recommend Sew & Grow to everyone, from beginners to experienced, every class is fun and every pattern turns into something beautiful and the skills gained are so worth it. Sew and Grow sewing school is amazing. I had a problem buying online and when I called them they helped me so fast and was very helpful. Later in the week they checked up on me to find out if I got the package yet I said no and they said they will check what is going on and then after minutes if received my package. Thank you Sew and Grow sewing school for all your help.

I work a corporate job and joining the seeing club has been the most perfect stress reliever. After a rough day at work I get to relax and wind down while creating incredible pieces. I had no sewing experience before I started however the sewing teachers at Sew and Grow are extremely patient and helpful. Everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend joining the sewing club.

I am on my second course, Adult beginners and i am absolutely addicted. The teaching staff are awesome and so so knowlegable. I cannot imagine my life once I have completed my courses. These people are kind, patient and so caring. At 58 yrs old I had lost hope in people but WOW, my faith is restored. Thank you everyone, its just the best environement ever!!!!

It's been 2yrs (100 lessons) that I'm attending classes at Sew and Grow. I always enjoyed sewing and was looking to start a hobby. After weeks of searching by the mercy and grace of Allah I found Fatima's Sew and Grow school. So I bought a sewing machine and with absolute basic knowledge I started sewing club. My first project was a drawstring bag of which I was sooo proud ... my first accomplishment!! 🥳 Since then I've sewn a whole wardrobe of garments and household items... all through the immense knowledge and gentle guidance of Fatima and her awesome team of kind, fun and patient teachers.. Aaliah, Patience and Polite. No mistake is looked down upon or criticised... as Fatima says " it's an opportunity to learn and grow". The professional setup of the school, the atmosphere, students and all the staff make my time there a delightful escape from the daily routine. Its been an inspiring, enjoyable and very productive journey... much love to Fatima and Sew & Grow 💖

This has been the best decision to learn a skill with such an amazing teacher and a group of women from different backgrounds but create great camaraderie … more than a skill, it provides a warm social space and very gratifying every time a project is completed … great trainers and equipment available …. Love it!
