Hands down, one of the most pleasant experiences in a medical setting. The office staff is pleasant and extremely efficient. Arrived early, called back 10 mins later and seen by Dr. Yachcik within minutes. After years of poor experiences, finally a breath of fresh air. Dr. Yachcik is easy going and down to earth. She is informative, without speaking down to her patient. More importantly, she is empathetic. She took an interest in me, my family history and my personal experience. She wrote down notes for me, so I wouldn't forget "our plan of action". She set aside her device, made eye contact and actually listened. Love that! She values partnering with her patients to provide quality care and positive results. Their system, may take some patience at first, is quite effective. Their app and patient portal is user friendly and messages are returned in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

We live 30+ min away from the med center and there’s plenty of Obgyns in my area but I will always choose Seven Oaks. I see Laura Silva now that I’m done having babies and absolutely love her. She’s so down to earth, easy to talk with about all things and I leave my annual OB appointments feeling heard and seen. Dr Satterfield delivered my 2 babies and was an absolute pro. She’s amazing beyond words. 5 stars for all things/people Seven Oaks!

My experience with Dr. Madison Yachcik has been excellent. Dr. Yachcik LISTENED instead of dismissing my symptoms. Within weeks she investigated and implemented a plan to solve the problem I've struggled with for years. I'm very grateful to Dr. Yachcik, Cindy, and the team that supports them at 7 Oaks and the Methodist Surgery Center. Overall excellent and compassionate care.

Everyone here is so nice and respectful! Dr. Ng is a wonderful OB/GYN and was very supportive during my pregnancy and the delivery of my baby. Extremely grateful to have been able to receive care at Seven Oaks Women's Center and will always recommend the office to other women! Environment was always clean and tidy!

This is like an IN and OUT burger type of place — I’ve never gotten to see the ACTUAL doctor that I want to see for a complicated situation I have & they don’t let you switch to another one!!! So you get the PA — who spends maybe 15 minutes with you — So I’m stuck until I find another gyno somewhere else — how I wish I could see the doctor I chose — also trying to get an appointment is like a rabbit hole — you get transferred all around the office — its awful — no one answers your call

The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. I was in and out for my lab work and she drew blood on the first try 💕not only that i love my bugs bunny bandaid! Ms Gustafson went over my care instructions in detail and answered all my questions. Am extremely pleased with the service received!

Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and communication is the reason for my 1-star review. I work at a clinic myself, so I understand that cancellation policies can sometimes be confusing for patients. Because of this, I reached out through Klara to ask for clarification so I could make the necessary arrangements to attend my appointment. Unfortunately, the response I received was both unclear in relation to the question I asked and delayed by approximately one week. By the time I received a response, there was no longer enough time for me to make the necessary arrangements. I was told that appointment reminders are sent up to five days before an appointment. However, the response to my question came five business days later, which would still not have provided me with sufficient time to adjust my schedule. As a full-time employee and full-time student, I appreciate having the option to communicate through Klara, as I am often unable to make phone calls during regular business hours. Despite being told that my cancellation was "not within 48 hours," I was still charged a $50 cancellation fee for supposedly canceling within 48 hours. I understand the calculation and paid the fee, but my concern was never simply about the charge. My concern was the contradictory information I received and the lack of accountability when I brought the issue to their attention. Unfortunately, I never made it to an appointment, so I cannot comment on the providers or clinical staff. My experience was specifically with the billing department and the staff responding to questions through the messaging system. I believe there needs to be greater attention to clear communication, consistency, and customer service, particularly when a patient raises a legitimate concern about information they were given.
