I’d love to give my sincerest gratitude towards Shane and his team, he’s very knowledgeable with all the medications and even explains everything with his own experiences. He really helped me out in an emergency, and he’s very compassionate. Best pharmacy experience i’ve had, and it’s close to home which is amazing. I think the staff and the pharmacist here were great. The pharmacist helped us get sorted and kept saying its how he’d like to be treated. It was nice. Good sale rack too.

One of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to! The place is super clean and well-organized, and the staff are incredibly polite and professional. The pharmacist took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which made me feel really comfortable.

Thinking that we are out of town when we were supposed to collect our medications, Shane even wanted to send our medications via Purolator to ensure they are safely delivered to us. As we collected our medications today, out of goodwill, he even insisted to waive off the fees for us. This is an extraordinary service served with warmth and kindness from the heart. Seton remedy RX pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in the city. All the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Shane and Brent are both super great guys and always take the time to answer any questions that I have. Shane always looks after me whenever I have questions and he’s always available. I appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend this pharmacy to anybody looking for a good homebase for prescriptions and general medical questions. There is a lot I could say about dedication to service and the staff but what I would say is if Seaton Rx Pharmacy is not your go to pharmacy your missing out on a quality of care and service I’ve have not seen anywhere else in 70 years

This was an amazing experience, I had strep throat and I walked in and they did the rapid test straight away, they let me fill out the form online. I was there for under 30mins and they were short staffed and still got me out of there fast. They were so kind, understanding and extremely helpful.
