I've been with this pharmacy since it first opened. Shane, the owner is very experienced, knowledgeable and wonderful in handling insurance billing as well as complex care patients. He also offers hormonal testing and nutritional advice. He was very helpful in suggesting diabetes treatment, and which treatments are covered by provincial health plans.

We had a pleasure to arrive at the pharmacy with my daughter one evening to take a strep test. The staff were the best, very compassionate and friendly. When we’ve got the results they filled out the prescription super quickly. Had the best experience

I was looking for a pharmacy that actually cares about their customers and this place did not disappoint! I called in the morning to find out the process of changing pharmacies and by the early afternoon my charts were all at Seton Remedy RX and he had my refills ready for pick up. The customer service and the owner/pharmacist is amazing. You won’t be disappointed that’s for sure!

Do you remember seeing those old Norman Rockwell paintings depicting a joyous family with their local pharmacist? The mood and sense of familiarity that the images portrayed was calming. That is the feeling I get when I visit Shane and his team at our local Remedy RX. I go out of my way to support this pharmacy! They are so helpful in answering any questions re: RX’s and are knowledgeable in what’s best for the patient. There is never a long wait and I throughly enjoy supporting this pharmacy.

A truly wonderful pharmacy team. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely care about (and remember) their patients. The first time I went there I was filling a new prescription for an epi-pen and Bryan was incredibly patient in walking me through everything and answering all of my questions (I had a lot). I have been with them for a few years now, and every single interaction I have had with them has been a pleasant experience - especially Shane and Brian. I highly recommend them!

This place is the best pharmacy ever then the other 6 places i have been to but they never helped me out like bryan did as he is awesome an amazing as you should come here for sure an the manager is great to as he said that all places should help me out like bryan did and Stane will help you out too like bryan does hes awesome and amazing to
