Superb service by Doug and the Service Telecom team, Doug removed our outdated G1 UCK and replaced it with a UDM, all configuration was completed in full and tested thoroughly, the work was completed professionally and within the required timescale. Service Telecom are our first choice for Telecoms and Network needs, they are consistent, professional, attentive and understand the critical nature of the work. Doug arrived at the specified time, fitted all the Telephones, and the new Network switch, he also tidied up our existing Network cabling and the Server Cabinet. He setup the new system and also made sure all the staff were fully up to date with how to use the new Phone (VoIP) and delivered the training for the online portal. Excellent Service, and always my first point of contact for our Telecom requirements. Thoroughly impressed with the professional service.
