I had an issue with my a/c that was recurring, so i contacted service one and Raleigh Wentz came out not even 30 minutes after i got off the phone with the company on a Saturday mind you. He was very impressive in his knowledge at such a young age and fixed everything and was so helpful. Definitely the best company to work with. I would recommend these guys to absolutely everyone. I called Service One with a plumbing problem, that I attempted to fix. They sent a service tech out the same day. Cory my tech introduced himself, assessed the problem, explained to me what needed to be done. Cory fixed my problem in less than an hour, cleaned up, gave me a few recommendations and left.
I had a great experience with Service One and was impressed with the friendly, professional job Cory did. Great Job!

The technician that came out was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. He fixed the problem very fast. The only thing I don't like is how the time frame for the technician to show up was all day instead of a couple hours block of time
We have an existing Trane furnace and heat pump and we woke up to it not working. So we called Service One as we have been a customer since 2004 and in the past they have always been good. A 'Service Expert' came out and diagnosed that our blower motor was shot, and then with a camera said our heat exchanger was shot. He then proceeded to give us a quote to replace the inside and outside unit roughly $20,000.
This didn't seem right, so I called another HVAC company that specializes in Trane. Their technician came out, found the same blown fuze and traced it back to not the blower but the air purification unit. He disconnected that, system runs. In addition they scoped the heat exchanger and stated that it was not cracked.
So I called Service One back, waiting for a manger to call. I called the Service Expert and explained very calmly that I am a bit concerned that he did not find the true problem of why it was not running, it would have been simple to perhaps get a multimeter out and perform a few more tests to verify. He immediately flipped to 'your questioning my integrity' vs simply saying something to the effect of 'oh wow, that makes sense why that would blow the fuse, and sir did you get pictures from the other technician so we can compare' instead he accused the other company of being a lier and said I need to talk to his manager which I intend to do.
I am hoping that Service One backs their Guarantee and that I can update this review with something more positive.
--- Update #1 spoke with the other HVAC, and an additional Trane Expert. If the system runs on natural gas it is seldom that the heat exchangers do crack. The part itself is warrantied thru Trane for 99 years. The rough estimated cost to replace it for labor is about 3hrs, and should cost in the ball park of $500. The Service One "Service Expert" quoted $3000 as their cost to replace it. He admitted the part was covered by Trane.
This is very concerning. At this point waiting for a manager at Service One to call me.
