I had my dryer vent cleaned. They were on time, clean, proficient, and courteous. I use Service First for my maintenance. They do a good job, and you know you will be getting a quality job done correctly. Next my HVAC ducts will be cleaned.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication in solving our hot water issue. Reworked the plumbing from our boiler to address the issue and installed a new more efficient tank. We’re happy that we don’t run out of hot water any more.

Matt came out today to service boiler and furnace. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. All of the technicians are always very professional and helpful in relaying information.Service first has always been superior in service.

A Service Advisor responded promptly to my request for a quote, and offered options for lower cost. Installation of a new programmable thermostat was scheduled within a few days. The person who did the installation was knowledgeable and polite. He assured I was able to load the app on my phone, and helped with programming the schedule. I would definitely recommend Service First for heating and air conditioning installation and service.

Service First was the 4th company to come out for an estimate for my basement duct repair project. Not only were they the most reasonable, they proposed the most comprehensive and professional proposal. They replaced the entire return in the basement and repaired out of code work the builder had done on the supply line. Kyle and the crew they sent were the best. Polite, professional, clean and most of all, efficient. I got a better job than I imagined and for the right price. Service First is top notch in my book.
