I had an excellent experience with Mikey and Sean from SERV-ALL Water Conditioning & Plumbing. They came out to inspect and service my water softener system and made sure everything was operating properly.
What impressed me most was the time they took to educate me on my system. They explained how to properly maintain the water softener, what I should check on a monthly basis, how to spot potential leaks, and how to safely shut down the system in the event of an emergency. Their knowledge and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence as a homeowner.
They also provided helpful recommendations for adding a filtered drinking water system for my family and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Their customer service was outstanding—friendly, polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
It’s not often you find technicians who genuinely care about helping customers understand their home’s systems. Mikey and Sean went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the service they provided. Sean did a great job of explaining what my system was and how it operates. (We bought the house a few months ago and nobody had ever explained that, including the home inspector).
Sean also made one suggestion regarding the type of salt to use that actually paid for his service call, and will save me a ton of money.
He took the time to wipe down the machine & clean it up so it looks nice, and included the relevant notes of things he told me that I need to remember on my invoice.
I HIGHLY recommend Serv-All, and Sean. Tgank you!!

Mark is my technician for my soft water heater. I’ve had him several times to service the unit. He always checks everything and fills the tank with salt if asked. I would 100% recommend this company and Mark.
