I would give this company zero stars if I could. The problems began as soon as I asked for a standard, professional quote on official company letterhead—a reasonable request when you're paying thousands and need documentation for employer reimbursement. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide it. Instead, I was told they were “booked for the rest of the week and the next week,” with no apology, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Not even a "thank you for considering us."
What makes this worse is that they originally confirmed availability for my move date, came out to my home, gave me a quote and then later notified me that they were booked —two weeks before my move date. What the what? (when you read the company's comments below, notice how they do not acknowledge their wrongful act, saying "mute point". )
This raises major red flags about their professionalism, reliability, and integrity. If a company cannot provide a simple printed quote, it shows their lack of basic business practices. And if this is how they handle simple paperwork, imagine how they will handle your belongings, or worse, insurance coverage. I call it - LAZINESS (they couldn't type a quote)
Don’t be misled by their name - Serenity. I genuinely hope this review saves someone else from the same disappointment.

Outstanding team! We had five men and two trucks at our door promptly at 0900. The men worked fast and diligently. They made sure that everything secured. Nothing was broken or scratched when arriving at our new house.
