The butler team works seamlessly together to make your stay impeccable. Special thanks to Ali and Davidson, who cared for us during our stay. Ali went above and beyond, helping coordinate spa appointments, excursions, and countless details for our group. Davidson stepped in for a day and expertly managed our beach cabana experience for a group of 12 with kindness and professionalism. While sargassum was present during our visit, the resort worked hard to keep the beach as walkable as possible. Swimming and lounging in the ocean were still possible, although the wind occasionally made conditions rough. We rented a beach cabana for two days, and it was absolute heaven. Our group of 10–12 spent hours there listening to music, playing cards, eating, drinking, and simply enjoying each other’s company. The butler service at the cabana was exceptional—we never wanted for anything. Our group included 9 guests staying at Serenity and 3 staying at Coconut Bay. For $85 per person, our friends from Coconut Bay were able to join us for dinner at Serenity. We also enjoyed a group dinner at Silk at Coconut Bay. Between shared cabana days, group dinners, time on the Harmony adults-only side, and spa experiences, staying at separate resorts never felt disconnected. The food was very good overall, although occasionally inconsistent. We actually preferred the breakfast buffet at Coconut Bay, while Serenity offered a more restaurant-style breakfast experience. The made-to-order omelets at Coconut Bay were a particular highlight. Serenity’s breakfast was still excellent, but I never quite achieved my perfect custom omelet there! One of the absolute highlights of our trip was a private land and sea tour with Lyndon Tours for our party of 12. The day included a catamaran sail to the Pitons, snorkeling at Sugar Beach, a delicious local lunch, a waterfall visit, mud baths (fair warning—the sulfur smell lingers!), a chocolate experience, and a visit to Lyndon’s family farm. Lyndon was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing his island. He captured countless memories for our group with photos and drone footage. This excursion was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our entire trip and deserves five stars. A few tips for future guests: • The airport is incredibly close to the resort, making arrival and departure stress-free. • Bring cash if you’d like to tip exceptional staff. Gratuities are already included in your stay, so any additional tipping is entirely optional. • For larger groups, coordinate dinner reservations early and consider ordering promptly to help streamline service. • Rent a beach cabana—it was one of the best decisions we made. • Stay until the last minute. Serenity provides a hospitality suite with showers and changing facilities before departure. • Departure and immigration at the airport were quick and easy. • Don’t miss an oceanfront spa treatment. Hearing the waves during the service elevated the entire experience. • Several members of our group also did the ATV excursion and absolutely loved it. This trip was over a year in the making as a celebration of our 50th birthdays. My husband and I spent 7 amazing days here for our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. It was only a 5 minute drive from the airport and a huge part of what made our trip so special was our butler, Daniel. From the moment we arrived, he took care of everything and made sure we could simply relax and enjoy our time together.
Daniel coordinated all of our activities and reservations, making the entire trip completely stress-free. He arranged an incredible catamaran sunset cruise, a private island tour where we got to see the Piton Mountains, waterfalls, sulfur springs, and even experience a volcanic mud bath. He also helped set up snorkeling adventures, beach cabanas, pool cabanas, and made sure all of our dinner reservations were taken care of.
Every day was perfectly planned, and whenever we needed anything, Daniel was there to help. His attention to detail, friendliness, and dedication truly went above and beyond.

We stayed for 6 days and it was perfect. This is an ideal place to get away and relax. Our butler (Kaisha) took great care of us, making our schedule, booking everything we needed, managing every detail of the trip. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly--they could not do enough for you. We have never felt so well-cared for. The staff even thinks of little details that make everything perfect. Activities were fun, entertainment was great, food and drink were very good. This is am amazing place.

What You Need to Know - Honest Review
My husband and I chose Serenity for our Honeymoon and are sooo glad we did! It is such a short drive from the airport—5 minutes— was amazing after all of our travel. Because we were a serenity guest, we had our own private car. Upon arrival to the resort, we saw the most gorgeous flora and gardens. Our butler met us at the door with drinks in coconuts and cold towels while she took care of our bags. It was so fun! Our butler made arrangements for our various dinners and activities throughout the week including times and reservations. She helped us experience what we wished to experience while on the island by providing advice on choosing the right excursions for our wants. Our room’s outdoor area with the bar, pool (with the waterfall that made a very relaxing sound!) outdoor shower, lounge chairs was extremely pleasant and had beautiful bright pink flowers that flowed on over the privacy walls. It was so fun to receive room service through our little box so that it was non-contact. We ordered room service breakfast most mornings and they called us when it was delivered (at the certain time we asked for!) which worked as a great alarm to wake us up and start the day. The food in the Greathouse was beautifully presented, yummy, and provided me with lots of gluten free options. Even though we could’ve gone and eaten at Coconut Bay—their connected resort for families—we opted to eat at the Greathouse because the quality was so much higher and really felt high-class. We enjoyed that there was a dress code and felt that it was a fancy occasion every night. They went out of their way to do whatever we asked and desired throughout the week. Every time you see a staff they are extremely kind and truly want to know how your day has been going and how your experience has been thus far. We enjoyed the rainforest zip line, couples escapade, and the sail and snorkel. The rainforest zip line not only had incredible views, but the staff somehow handled like 8 phones from the guests and captured photos and videos of the experience for everyone so we didn’t have to worry about dropping our phones. He got really great videos of the perspective of traveling down the zip line. The staff on the excursions are also amazing and kind. If you want to feel spoiled and stress free, this truly is the place for you. There was live music every night and various pop up classes, events, and foods throughout the week that you could choose from. Just walking back to our room everyday, the gardens were absolutely gorgeous. I’m ranting here but we want everyone to know how wonderful our experience was! You won’t regret booking this trip. I wouldn’t want to not be honest completely though—The only problem with Serenity is the beach is extremely seaweedy and tends to have a strong fishy/seaweed smell when you are close to it. There is a beach area with sand that we had access to, but it was not good for swimming or time in the water because of all the seaweed. We did enjoy our beach cabana time because of the view and being able to hear the ocean. Also, be warned that when you visit the volcano, it smells extremely bad. I’m not being dramatic. Very strong sulfur. We also felt that it was difficult to “order” around a butler because it didn’t seem nice lol. But I would encourage you to be creative on making sure you get the most out of having a butler and not be scared to use it—you paid for it! The staff says that everyone gets used to it at the very end and then have to leave, so arrive ready to have a butler!! Also, make sure you look into the events and activities held at the joint resort, Coconut Bay, because as a Serenity Guest, you have access to all of those activities and amenities. It is just a very short walk down the sidewalk from Serenity to enjoy all that the other resort has to offer. Hope this is helpful to you all! Happy traveling :)

I don't know where to begin. Book this trip! This was the most relaxing, beautiful vacation we ever went on. The rooms were amazing. We used the plunge pool A LOT! The staff truly treat you like family. Our butler Neri was perfect! She made sure we were taking care of throughout the day. We had a different relief butler come each night and draw the bath. Each one added their own personal touch and every bath was wonderful. I did a painting event one afternoon ran by Solange who was one of my favorite people there. Wine tasting event was nicely done. We loved Natasha and Ginel who were two waitresses we had during our dinners in The Great House. Tyler delivered our breakfast to our rooms most days. She always had a smile and it was nice to be greeted by her each morning. Lee and Toya at the bar were both wonderful! They were full of smiles and made sure you were taking care of at the bar and pool. Also a shout out to our masseuses who came to our room for massages, Lilia and Gabina. My husband and I both enjoyed our massages. The resort was very clean! Rooms were spacious. And people like Neri, Solange, and Jonathon (who made great drinks) made you feel special!

I don't know where to begin. This place truly lived up to all our expectations from service, hospitality, quality of food, and of course the view. I don't ever leave reviews but leaving one for Serenity. My wife and I were already talking and planning our next trip after the second day. We were there for our anniversary and her birthday. Serenity provided the best customer service experience I have ever had at any resort. The entire staff was friendly and always eager to answer a question or help with anything needed. All the food locations from The Great House, Silk, Calabash, and Trattorria were delicious. The small touches like the personally written notes each day from the housekeeper to the person who turned down the bed at night. Our butler Nerissa, our housekeeper Garvey, and Trisha I can't say enough about how they made our week there special. They were outstanding. All the bartenders like Ray and Charles who were always willing to take care of anything you needed. The drinks were always on point. If you have a chance to visit I wouldn't recommend staying any place else. I can't thank them enough for the week we had and making every moment special. We will be back.

From the time you arrive on property, to the time you leave; Serenity offers an experience like no other. Butler service is tremendous! Kudos to Kimberly for taking such good care of my wife and I. The entire Serenity team works together like a well-oiled machine to create a lasting impression for everyone. There are daily activities at the resort as well as a multitude of island excursions. Your butler will coordinate all activities and/or excursions of your choice. The suites are well maintained with a large plunge pool with waterfall, outdoor refrigerator and shower. Garden tub and shower inside are massive with dual sinks. Laundry services are provided as a courtesy at no additional charge. I packed too much, won’t make the same mistake when we visit again. The variety of food options at the Great House will not leave you hungry. I assure you, there is no reason to visit the sister resort for other food options. I did have concerns with having only one restaurant, what if the food is inadequate? I am pleased to say that it is a non-issue. The chefs do an amazing job and take pride in their work!. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are phenomenal! We have been fortunate to visit several all-inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean. Serenity at Coconut Bay delivers the vacation you dream of, the relaxation you yearn for, and all with exceptional service. We are looking forward to visiting Serenity again in the near future!

My wife and I spent a week at Serenity at Coconut Bay in mid-May, staying in a Grand Plunge Pool Butler Suite, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked, our butler, Quade, made the experience exceptional. He reached out before our arrival, ensured our suite was set up exactly as requested, and handled every detail throughout our stay—from dinner reservations and excursions to special requests. (Pro tip: ask for an ice-filled cooler for Prosecco in your room!) A special mention also goes to the room service team. The service was consistently fast, reliable, and the food quality was excellent. One of the pleasant surprises was discovering that, in our experience, you could order any items from the Greathouse menu throughout the day or night, making it easy to enjoy some of our favorite dishes without leaving the suite (try the Shrimp Mac and Cheese!!). And whatever you do, don't miss the smoothie menu at the Greathouse—they were outstanding and quickly became part of our daily routine. Although Serenity guests have access to all of the restaurants at Coconut Bay, we never felt the need to venture elsewhere. The Greathouse offered more than enough variety to keep every meal interesting throughout our stay. The menu was complemented by daily specials that kept things fresh, and we always found something new to try. The themed dinners and special events around the pool added another level of fun and engagement, creating memorable evenings and opportunities to connect with other guests. We also took advantage of several off-property excursions during our stay. The highlight was an incredible private island tour with Richie. He took us to the mud baths, a beautiful waterfall, and a fantastic beach while sharing his extensive knowledge of St. Lucia along the way. We especially enjoyed learning about the island's many fruit trees and local culture. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with a knowledgeable local who genuinely loves his island. Let me take you on a trip to Serenity, it's worth it's weight in gold with all the amenities. It has cabanas, tasty bananas, and athenic rums for all who come. Come here for your plunge pool waterfall, it's refreshing beautiful and a joy for all. Make sure you have the catch of the day, you can enjoy Mia Mia, snapper, king fish, sword fish all in the month of May. Our two Pitons are Sabby and Kimberly. Make sure you meet Sabby, she is sparkling like a diamond and oh so smart and savy. Kimberly is our gem and #1 butler, she brought us anniversary cake and awesome supper. Kimberly was wonderful she was great, she is a part of the reason we are coming for another stay. You all will be truly missed, never fear we will see you next Christmas.

Amazing time definitely coming back again!
Worth the value 100% but some notes on improvements. Food at the Great House amazing with tons of day and night-time events like karaoke, fire dancers, live music, rum tasting, paint and sip, sushi making. Also our butler was awesome planning our whole itinerary from the Couples Escapade to the Sunset tour. It really felt like we could turn off our brains and just unwind. All of the staff are so accommodating as well!! Tips: - Visit the petting zoo especially if you are an animal lover. We said hi to all the puppies and goats and glad to hear they are well taken care of by the property - Book the Snorkeling event, they take you to Sugar Beach right in between the Pitons, you don’t get ad close with the Sunset Cruise - On the Sunset Cruise, there is seating at the back where you can rest your back, bring a towel since your tailbone will get sore from the sitting. Plus the catamaran for the Snorkeling is the same as the Sunset Cruise. - At night and sometimes during the day, you’ll find the donkey trio just hanging out around the tennis courts, they are so calm and chill - If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs because at night you will hear the constant chirping of tree frogs Improvements: - It’d be great if we could stream to the room tv or use the netflix/prime video apps on the tv - We should be able to order breakfast room service in advance via text or call. To request breakfast room service, you need to manually fill out a form the day before and have staff pick it up before 9PM. If you run out of forms as we have either, then you need to request hard copies of more forms to do this process.

Honeymoon Perfection.
We had the most incredible honeymoon here! Everything at this resort is done so impeccably and thoughtfully. The staff truly takes the time to get to know you. As soon as you check in, your butler, ours was Nerissa. She planned out an itinerary for the week which we could adjust as needed, checked in with us daily, scheduled all our meals and outings, and answered any question for us. As an added touch she even drew a bath for us upon our return from a day tour of the island. Kevin, who does the wine & cheese pairing (do not miss it) was one of our favs! Ray was another of our top bartenders. The FOOD, oh my goodness, the food was top notch. Solange was our top server there, who also truly made the meals unforgettable. She took the time to chat with us, tell us how things were prepared, and share some of the culture as well. After the most perfect dinners, we returned to a turned down suite complete with the cutest towel animals (shoutout to Rosey), TV fireplace, and clean room stocked for a relaxing evening. Our days were filled with relaxation tucked away from the main resort noise, incredible food, gorgeous views, fabulous service, and overall bliss. We truly cannot say enough about this place. If you are looking for a honeymoon that tics all the boxes, please don't hesitate to book this place!

My husband, parents and I visited Serenity to celebrate my 40th birthday. McCarthy was our butler, and he was wonderful! We were relaxed and well taken care of by everyone, including Kaisha, Lee, Kevin, Jonathan and Hannah. Our rooms and the resort grounds were clean and maintained throughout the day. Amazing and relaxing honeymoon
This was truly a relaxing honeymoon. Our butler McCarthy was amazing and was so kind and thoughtful, especially coordinating excursions with little thoughtful drinks. The entire staff were incredibly kind and fun. They were genuinely so excited to see you. We loved the private pool and the general pool. The food was great and we loved the couple-focused activities, especially the sushi making. It was so nice to have a smaller group of people staying, just helped create that calm atmosphere even more. We ventured to the coconut bay side to see the beach and pools there as well.

We recently stayed at Serenity for our 10 year wedding anniversary and cannot say enough about how amazing it was! The rooms are beautiful, food is delicious, and cocktails are spot on. The staff makes you feel right at home, our butler Ali was fantastic and so responsive whenever we needed her. Shout out to Solange in the restaurant who truly is amazing at what she does and is a beautiful person! Thank you serenity for a memorable stay we will never forget.
Not 5 star and vacation rule should be location location location
3-4 stars really. There are far nicer all inclusives out there tbh. Cons: 2 min from airport surrounded by run down neighborhoods. Pool area is very hot and sunny unless you want to pay for use of private cabana- shouldn't this be included? The beach at Coconut Bay is DISGUSTING. Mounds and mounds of seaweed full of bugs that smells awful. You are basically paying a fortune for a small private cottage with a spa and room service so if you live in Florida like we do it is not worth it. The cottage has numerous steps and a weird bathroom layout, with only one sink and a tiny toilet area. Very stingy replacement of shampoo and conditioner. The tap water and the bottled water tasted awful probably from the seaweed. The great house restaurant has the same menu almost every day and the prices are listed and overpriced so the tip you leave is enormous (even charging for sangria we didn't ask for). Desserts except for coconut pie were noticeably awful. Bread offerings are basic quality. Coffee in the morning was simple, not even French press. No fresh cream. Wine is house only unless you want to pay for a name brand. Butler service was certainly not 5 star as we rarely even saw our butler and he didn't charge his phone. Room service messed up two items. Restaurant service at great house is very very slow. Bar service dependent on the bartender, not 5 star. Pros: Lamb chops, Coconut pie, Rum syrup, Cocoa Tea, snack bite menu, Seasons restaurant at Coconut Bay were all excellent. Full bar with all good brands except for wine. Room service is fast. Friendly staff in general. Cute animal sanctuary. Overall: best to stay near Pitons not the airport, too expensive for 4 star service.

One of Serenity’s conveniences is our location, approximately 5 minutes from Hewanorra International Airport. Many of our guests enjoy being able to arrive in Saint Lucia and be in their suite with a welcome drink shortly after leaving the arrivals lounge, rather than having a very long and windy transfer after traveling.Regarding the beach, we are located on the Atlantic side of the island, and seaweed can occasionally arrive depending on seasonal conditions, currents, and weather. Our team works consistently to rake and maintain the beach when this occurs, and we continue to monitor it closely so that our guests can enjoy the shoreline as much as possible. We have the longest stretch of oceanfront for any resort in Saint Lucia, almost a mile long.I am sorry that certain elements of the suite layout, restaurant experience, and butler service did not meet your expectations. Our suites were designed to offer privacy, plunge pools, indoor and outdoor living space, but I understand that individual preferences can vary. Your comments regarding service speed, room service accuracy, amenities, and butler visibility have been noted and will be reviewed with the respective teams.I also want to clarify that Serenity is an all-inclusive resort, and taxes and gratuities are included. Additional tipping is always appreciated by our team but is never required. Our included wine program offers a broad selection of house wines, and we also provide an additional reserve wine list for guests who may wish to purchase premium labels. Due to Saint Lucia’s very high import duties on wine, these wines are offered with minimal markup. We also offer several coffee options, including drip coffee, French press, and espresso-based selections, along with fresh cream upon request.I regret that these details were either not properly communicated or not experienced as intended during your stay. We stayed here for our 30th anniversary and it was a DREAM! All of the employees are so friendly and helpful. We loved Ray at the bar and wanted to bring him home with us. Our room was perfect and well stocked everyday. We loved the nightly turn-downs with a note and a small dessert. The food was incredible! I have celiac disease and they were able to make just about anything on the menu in a gluten free version without compromising taste. We plan on returning very soon.
