This place has great selection of products and they deliver in a good timely manner. Overall very good place to do business with. I use this place to deliver flowers to my fiance who lives in Indonesia. I am from the United States.

I was very impressed by their service. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and arranged with care. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. The website was easy to use and the customer support was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that they are quite pricey compared to other online florists, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you are looking for quality, reliability and punctuality, this is the place to go. I would definitely order from them again.🌷

The team is so quick, ready to support you from A to Z thought call and whatsapp. They have great knowledge of English, so friendly attitude, and with fast delivery, that meant a world to us. I ordered hamper from Dubai to be delivered in Jakarta and they made it so smooth and effortless. I will definitely contact them in the future as well!

We just checked google review today.
This is not fair. You also sent an objection ticket to PayPal but for this case we won by showing the chat history.
1. We already sent your order to the recipient address as per your order. The order received by the security guy.
2. We already tried to contact to the recipient and to the you few times, but haven't received any response.
3. After 2 days, the security guy contact us and insist us to pickup again your order that left in the security. Actually this is not in our responsibility anymore since we already sent as per your correct order but due to the request of the security guy we sent our staff to pickup again the order. This cost time consume and effort. The cost of sent our staff and pickup again is IDR 125.000,-(USD 9) not mention the time effort. Please appreciate for that.
4. We offer to you as below.
A. We give you the option for the next order deduct USD 16,78 (USD 25,78 - USD 9) of the total order amount and only in Hand Bouquet Category.
Please make sure the recipient is in the address. We won't pickup again the order if there's no one in the address. The offer valid until 31st March 2023. Let us know if you choose this option so we can send you the payment link to your email with the deduct amount.
B. We would be glad if there's someone to pickup the Teddy Bear and Ferrero Rocher in our store. Please pay USD 9 in our store if you choose this option. Our store is in Jl. Baros No 5A, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta.

Pelayanan yang sangat baik. Saya pesan untuk valday di tanggal 13 dan dikirimkan di tgl 14, meskipun mereka tidak menjanjikan waktu pengiriman pada hari valentine tetapi kualitas bunga yang dikirim bagus sekali dan bisa di custom sesuai dengan permintaan.. saya fikir hanya di toko ini yang masih bisa terima pesanan custom mendekati hari valentine, karena beberapa florist menolak pesanan custom yang saya mau. Akan membeli lagi di tahun depan 👍🏻
