This report was crucial for us to understand potential problems, so we could negotiate repairs with the seller or maybe get a price adjustment. I couldn’t attend the inspection, but Kyle was incredibly responsive and thorough. His report was detailed and easy to follow, and he called me the next day to walk through everything. Kyle did an incredible job on our home inspection! As a first time home buyer, we were nervous and had some apprehension going into our first home inspection.
