Joaquin was a terrific experience creator. He worked with our pace and provided a wealth of information. The way he could spot plants and animals while walking and providing information was incredible. His wealth of knowledge about the tropical environment was unbelievable. The facility itself was outstanding. It was beautiful and well suited for enjoying the environment. The pools of natural mineral water were amazing. We can’t say enough good things about the entire experience!!

Team Building en Sensoria Visitamos como actividad de Team Building corporativo. Bosque lluvioso primario. Son 90 minutos desde Liberia. La unidad de transporte muy comoda. Se realiza una parada en una panadería local donde nos chorrearon cafe y nos vendieron pan recién hecho. Vimos guatusas, serpientes y muchas aves incluido un gavilán blanco (White hawk) El recorrido es muy seguro, los senderos bien mantenidos y los guías son muy amables y conocedores. Reconocimiento especial para Pablo y Jorge por su gran conocimiento y actitud de servicio. Al final del recorrido tuvimos la oportunidad de bañarnos en aguas termo minerales y relajarnos con una bebida. El almuerzo casero estaba muy delicioso. El sabor de los frijoles y muy buen sazón. 100% Recomendado.

This place is incredible!! While trying to get a national park, our GPS led us to Sensoria by mistake and we decided to give it a shot. It was SOOOOO worth it!! We did an incredible hike through the rainforest and our guide Jorge was so knowledgable, giving us lots of information about the plants and animals on our walk. We got to swim in the most beautiful waterfalls and natural pools. And our meal at the end of our journey was so delicious. Everything about our time at Sensoria was so peaceful and wonderful and I’m so glad we found this place. If you want an unforgettable unique experience, go to Sensoria!!

Nature enveloped us! Joaquin and the Cicada made our connection to tropical rainforest one we will always remember. The forest enveloped us with warm rain, song from the creatures and amazing waters of nature. The team was exceptional, the food was so delicious. Luis is the best guide! Luis, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing! He is so knowledgeable and pointed out so many interesting facts throughout the tour. He took amazing photos of my wife and I in the thermal hot springs and made the tour so amazing. This is an amazing experience and I highly recommend it to couples! My wife and I will be back again

Hike and waterfalls We had an amazing driver from our hotel. We stopped at a small cafe where we enjoyed delicious coffee and fresh made bakery items which were delicious as well. We really enjoyed our guide Joaquin. He was amazing! He is so passionate and knowledgeable. Our favorite part was being able to swim by the waterfalls. The only disappointing part were the roads. There were so many pot holes so the ride was very bumpy for about 20 minutes up to where the tour began.

September 3, 2026, The views, hikes, waterfalls and especially the learning experience and getting to connect and be more educated on Costa Ricas rainforests and geographic / ecological ecosystems made this trip memorable and beautiful as well as unique. Learning about the environment of Costa Rica is like no other place on Earth and Sensoria definitely highlights these elements. The hot springs and waterfalls were amazing and the rain Falling in the forest as you hike was magical. Joaquin was an amazing guide and gave so much insight to the nature in Sensoria especially with the animals and plants. It was amazing to be one with nature especially with Joaquin, he is such an amazing speaker and was so passionate and insightful. The lunch was amazing too. Wonderful hike with great waterfalls The park the waterfalls everything is pretty amazing the drive here pretty bumpy lots of potholes and the hike is probably at least 2 1/2 miles to the first waterfall with lots of stairs up and down some pretty steep so make sure you’re in decent physical condition the waterfalls were amazing two out of three you can swim in, which felt awesome. After hiking in the jungle. I would recommend it just be prepared for the drive.

Highly recommend The best thing I did in Costa Rica was this excursion. We were a very small group of friends (3 total) who had travelled together on this one. First off, a shout out to our driver, Pablo, who got us there safely and back (2.5 hour drive each way!) and thoughtfully stopped at various points of interest along the way to show us local wildlife such as a three-toed sloth sleeping in a tree and toucans he spotted. He was absolutely adorable and he talked to us the whole way there and back. He was learning English and I had been learning Spanish, so we learned a lot of words from each other! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and sweet. At Sensoria itself, our tour guide was Joaquin. He was also extremely knowledgeable, taking great care to explain the wildlife, the plants, and the ecosystem. Highly educational experience. The hike itself was easy and beautiful. If you have trouble with stairs, however, you might want to skip on this as there were a lot of stairs. We did not get to see the beautiful blue waterfall because the volcano had erupted a couple of days previously, so the water was grey and filled with ash at the first stop, but a marvel to behold nonetheless. At all the other waterfalls, Joaquin took great photos of our group members using our phones so we would have the memories. He also was kind enough to carry our towels in his backpack for us because on the day we did this excursion, there was a steady rain that sometimes turned torrential. The hot spring and mud bath is a definite "must do." Lunch was fantastic. We chose the Costa Rican options and they were great. Coffee after lunch was superb. I would recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Costa Rica!
