Serhii was excellent. prompt, punctual, informative and even had the parts I needed on his his truck. Only took an hour or so from diagnosis to repair, waived my diagnostic fee and even gave a new customer discount (I didn’t even have to ask.) Absolutely would recommend.

Serhii was Great. He was on time, fast, and efficient fixing our washer. He had the part needed and was able to complete all work in less than 45 mins. I’ve been using one of the bigger name companies out there, but they wanted $145 just to diagnose and would Not apply any of that charge to the overall repair. I bet I saved $100 or more using Sensor and they were able to come out next day. Great company and technician. I will be using them again.
