Very pleased with the product and service but was displeased that the old bed was not removed as agreed. But a quick call to Seniors plus sorted that - a problem with room on the truck, but it should not have happened. I have no hesitation in recommending the product - my sleep has improved so much since. Found the support staff to be excellent.

The King size single bed purchased over six years ago has greatly helped my health and comfort issues. It immediately prevented painful pressure points of my skeletal bones caused by osteoarthritis. The massage vibrations help my muscles to relax, which induces sleep. The adjustable bed positions allow me to sleep or sit with maximum comfort and convenience. But can I just say a massive thank you to Clair, she was so wonderful from the start. She has taken such good care of us and I had by far, the best customer service experience with Clair on the GC. I would also like to thank Peter and Jack, they delivered the bed and they were both so lovely, accommodating and the set up was so smooth and efficient! A huge thank you to Steve and Lochie for the outstanding service! They arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and completed everything so efficiently. They not only set up my new bed but also kindly removed my old bed and moved it into another room without any hassle.
