I reached out to this law firm for help. I requested Specific way from the start for email communication because I am deaf the first Intake specialist respected me, but however, the Second one did that the specialist called me on the phone then email me telling me that they called me after I responded three times asking for an email communication. I told him they won’t respect me that I’m gonna drop them and they Refused to cooperate and drop case. I would not recommend this phone to anyone with a Hearing improvement because they simply refused to Accommodate to a disability.
