Beyond their unique insight, we are so thankful for the way you made my sister and I feel with personalized attention. All our questions were answered and we felt involved in the process from the initial call to the time we settled.
The successful case settlement far exceeded our expectations and it felt good knowing the nursing home that had lied to us for over a year was going to sign a fat check. We know this will create waves in the facility and likely get the responsible bad apples at the facility fired.
