We cannot say enough great things about this firm. In a situation that was truly tragic and devastated our family — they were the ones that stepped in and assisted with such empathy and professionalism. Not one point during this entire process did we feel unheard or unhelped. Everyone from the law firm itself to the probate estate attorney and everything in between was a pleasure to work with in such sad circumstances. Thank you so very much David for your persistence with this case and your patience with us. I truly hope that we never need your assistance in the future but if we do, you are the first person we are calling. We reviewed a few firms, and I can honestly say this one stands out more than one. Our elders deserve the most, and when they do not receive it in the world that we live in it’s nice to know there are companies and practices who still genuinely care.

While I DREADED the "pursuit of justice" (emotionally, logistically,financially) for my loved one, Senior Justice Law Firm not only achieved such, but also achieved a settlement of FOUR TIMES that which was expected. This has ensured continued care for my loved one, and provided the only relief - in an otherwise unobstensively tragic, gruelling, and frightening situation. My attorney, Esq. Garrick H., and his paralegal Alissa S., were professional, pleasant, compassionate, patient (as i have never been involved in litigation before). always immediately responsive with my preferred communication methods (e.g. phone, email, text or all). And incredibly communicative of ongoing developments. Furthermore, Garrick always supremely thorough, concise, efficient and exercises impeccable anticipatory guidance. Always followed up as promised and/or dictated by developments. While my situation was quite complex (for me!) and I had many ongoing questions, Garrick always seemed to answer all of my questions before I even asked. I did not have to worry, as if i received correspondence (i.e. healthcare liens, etc) I knew Garrick received same and i would hear from him within 24hrs, updating me on how it was or was going to be resolved. He earned my trust early in the process with his promised follow-ups and clear explanations of everything, always inquiring if I had any questions. Garrick H., Esq., was simultaneously realistic and optimistic. Never falsley reassuring, but always accurately reassuring. I was crippled with anxiety about the healthcare liens (critically important) and benefits preservation, the Senior Justice team handled ALL OF IT. They even negotiated and successfully reduced the liens significantly, resulting in greater funds for my loved one's ongoing care. JUSTICE PREVAILS thanks to the Senior Justice Team! I will always refer them to anyone I meet who needs a firm they can TRUST. My only regret( I did not understand these processes) was not going to them directly FIRST- I was referred by a national firm, but that referral process took three plus months (d/t the nat'l firms intake/referral process). From the first time I spoke w/Senior Justice directly, it has been resolved and settled 1 day shy of three months. Much gratitude to Garrick H., Esq., Alissa S., Paralegal, and the entire SJ team.

David was wonderful to work with as was his entire team. They were caring and worked hard to bring us justice in the way my husband was treated. We did not sue hoping to receive mega amounts of money we sued to let the nursing home know they cannot get away with not caring for their residents. David and his team totally understood and had compassion for our distress. My husband went into the facility for just physical rehabilitation and within a week he was in worse condition than when he went in. He also became like a dementia patient just sitting and staring. He was getting worse by the day so I had to demand for him to be transferred to the hospital. After testing it showed he had a severe UTI and sepsis. They also took him off of the muscle relaxers the facility had put him on. Thankfully the hospital was able to reverse the damage done by the facility. The facility would not communicate with me on his condition when he was in there and it was a nightmare. They have no right to not communicate with the family and I was listed as his wife and POA. My husband was transferred to a wonderful physical rehabilitation center in Lakeland FL. Thanks to David the facility learned (I hope) that they can’t get away with abuse and neglect. The beds were old and worn as was all the furniture in the facility it was sad to see people who were permanently there until they pass. It was dark and gloomy what a horrible way to spend one’s final days. Thank you David and team!!
