I cannot think senior Justice law firm and especially Will Sarubi for handling our case. They were very upfront about everything and walked us through the whole process. I am so thankful and happy about the outcome.

Garrick Harding did an absolutely superlative job helping us with a lawsuit regarding the lack of care my mother received at a nursing home. He was honest with his appraisal of the case at every step of the process. These situations are very emotional for family and he was most compassionate in his conversations us. I had the pleasure of working with David Brevda at Senior Justice. He and his assistant were very responsive to my needs. I entrusted an assistive living facility to take care of my parent and keep them safe. The facility failed to honor the agreement that was signed. My loved one's health and safety was compromised numerous times. Things were so atrocious that I had to move them to another assistive living facility. Mr. Brevda was able to prove neglect in this situation and a settlement was made. My advice to anyone is if you suspect that your loved one is not being cared the way they should be contact Senior Justice Firm.
