Kellen and his team have always treated me as if I were there only client. The entire team has an "all hands on deck" approach to their clients. When my website went down due to a Cyber Attack, the team worked vigorously to defeat the ransom and reestablish my website. I can't thank them enough. The Cyber Attack had nothing to do with the service they provide to me. You will truly be with the best company I have ever experienced in their field.

Todd at Send It Rising is the man. He does a massive amount of web design for us, and we have a constant stream of updates that we send his way - he's always responsive and right-on-top of the changes and updates. We hit a few roadblocks in the design process early on, but he was able to find a way around the issues and get us what we are looking for. He's always willing to go the extra mile and go above-and-beyond and even help with things outside his normal scope of duty, and as a company Send It Rising is too. Todd and the team at Sent It Rising have been great at helping a small business like mine understand and compete in the online world. They have always been available for help whether by phone or by email, and the turnaround time on any requests were timely and efficient. Grateful for all the help.
I have a long established local company with a dominant position in my market for over 19 years. My web presence was equally in a dominant position for many years. After hiring Kellen and Send It Rising phone calls from my website were cut in 1/2, and we dropped from #1 position on my most important keywords to position 6 or worse within a year and a half. Kellen gave bad advise, for example to list a service area, instead of my company location on Maps which dropped exposure and activity to a flat line. Kellens feedback was to blame the customer, take no responsibility, instead of focus on where we are at and how we can improve. His reason we dropped so much is we did not supply enough video/pictures content and Google has changed. The last experience was they sent me a doctored report. When we separated, however, they did supply necessary account passwords without issue. Since this experience cost me so much in lost business and is so important to my business, I have been getting much more educated about SEO than I originally wanted and understand more clearly the level of incompetence I experienced. I was paying $1000 monthly for SEO Services, but apparently only got FB Post, which was the extent of the SEO activity. Did not even have my website secure which is basic 101. Kellen is nice and seems knowledge, but based on my experience he has problems taking responsibility and is anything but an expert in the field. Poor advice & results, loss of Keyword & website ranking, a loss of hundreds of thousands in lost business, and fabricated reports- I would Not recommend Send-it-rising. It was an extremely costly mistake for me!

We did recommend that you increase the number of YouTube videos that you create in augment our efforts and I still believe that is a viable strategy moving forward.
In regards to the service area in Google My Business. There are hundreds of factors involved in why a listing appears in Google Maps. One of those factors is whether you choose a service radius around your business, choose to target by city or zip code. The number of reviews you have, how long they are, whether they contain photos or not and whether they come from legitimate accounts is another factor. Yet another is whether you are utilizing Google posts. Ranking in Google Maps is complex.
In regards to incompetence, I am sorry you feel that way. I continue to speak publicly on internet marketing, publish articles and am incredibly proud of my team and the work that they are performing.
My recommendations for you moving forward are to secure your SSL certificate, aggressively move forward with YouTube videos, make sure to embed those videos into you blogs posts and share those via Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. An updated WordPress website with fresh meta data would also help.
SEO is a challenging and difficult competition with many moving parts. I wish you the best with your business.
