Truly deserving of 5 stars! Ratana is amazing. She takes the time to understand your needs and concerns, then tailors the treatment accordingly. It was one of the most attentive, professional, and relaxing massages I've ever had. The center is spotless and has a wonderful ambiance, with subtle fragrances and soothing music that create a truly calming experience. If I lived in the UK, I would happily visit every two weeks. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t recommend Ratan any more!! I felt so comfortable right from the beginning, despite initially being worried I wouldn’t. The setup and of course the massage itself (deep tissue) was so relaxing and I feel WAY better now than before. It was just the right amount of pressure and she constantly checks in to make sure everything is all good. She is so kind and easy to talk to and made the experience incredibly worthwhile. I will definitely be back!

She welcomed me and asked what I wanted out of the experience, I had been dealing with a few sports injuries and lower back pain. She was able to both relax me and provide deep tissue relief for these issues and provide info for how to work on these myself at home. I will certainly be returning
