Great tool for marketing insights and organic search Overall: Overall it is a great tool that we use for marketing, direction, content, and organic search rankings. Pros: Site analysis, keyword analysis, SEO metrics, site health and diagnostics, search rankings, competitor analysis Cons: Platform is not intuitive or particularly user friendly. There is so much information sometimes it is difficult to navigate.

Really helpful took for growing organic traffic Pros: I’ve been using it for almost 2 years now and it’s really easy to use. I like the new features they’ve added, but what I appreciate the most with Semrush is how accurate and detailed the data is, which makes it great for starting new projects. Their customer support is also quick to respond and helpful. Cons: With so many features, the learning curve can feel overwhelming for beginners, and the price might also seem “high” for small businesses and freelancers.

Cons: Le prix peut être un frein pour les freelances en petites structures, l'interface peu aussi sembler un peu complexe au départ pour les débutants.

The dependable SEO and content toolkit. Overall: Semrush helped us create smarter campaigns and avoid wasting time and resources on producing content that wouldn’t rank. It’s now a standard part of our approach to each new client site. Pros: I enjoy the keyword tracking and competitor comparison, helps us to know where we’re gaining traction and where we’re falling behind. The content templates are great for shaping blog strategy too. Cons: UI is a little bit cramped when inside of it so many tools are crammed in. additionally, when you want more projects or reports, the pricing jumps high.

My experience with Semruch Pros: I particularly liked the ease with which you can do competitive analysis. Semrush turned out to be a good option for that. Cons: Semrush is expensive and the free version doesn’t offer anything interesting, free trial is not a one, just a refund when you are not satisfied

Cmplete or a little bit too much Overall: For a try I was bluffed, I would say it’s like a full suite for SEO, marketing or just creating content in general. Pros: I only tried because even if it’s complete, it’s kind of too much for me, and for this try I had to pay then get a refund, a refund that took more than 10 days. Cons: I don’t have long user experience because I cancelled my subscription, a bit too expensive and I didn’t need all that pack of tools.

A great platform to get a handle on you SEO situation Overall: We use quite a bit each week to help with our client's SEO, with a main focus on local SEO for service based businesses. Pros: The amount of features it has that can help your business with now only SEO but also research for advertising. Cons: The cost can be high and a lot of features cost extra monthly with quite high pricing. If they could charge a bit cheaper for extra then maybe more of them would be used by smaller agencies like my own.

Comprehensive and easy to use Pros: Semrush has a comprehensive overview of website analytics, easy to navigate and easy to find issues to change. Cons: Website scores sometimes fluctuate randomly, and maybe more of a search engine issue but pages with similar descriptions are flagged when often unavoidable.

A must have for any SEO agency Overall: Overall, SEMrush it’s a great tool. We use it daily at work for many different reasons: keyword research, keyword opportunities, compare to competitors, backlink audits, etc. Pros: Helps to make an organic traffic assesment, make organic keyword research based on traffic volume, keyword difficulty, find other keyword alternatives, compare website behaviour with competitors, make reports, and find organic traffic opportunities. It’s time saving when it comes to keyword research, with the use of AI also lets you know if a website is able to rank on this keyword and what needs to be optimized. Cons: We operate on a smaller country with its own language, so many keyword information are not always available. The reports are based on SEMrush database so it’s not always accurate.

Semrush, the digital marketers secret weapon. Overall: Overall, the experience with Semrush has been positive due to its great depth of analytics and integrations available. I was able to get a very thorough look at the rankings, serps, and keyword optimization for each page and my competitors. Pros: I like how easy it is to navigate the website even when there are so many options and features available. It never gets overwhelming. Cons: I dislike the reporting options that are available, as far as exporting and creating reports for clients. It didn't have the type of reporting that I was looking for.

Cancellation policy its a scam and the Organic data for SEO was terrible Overall: No great, I compared the data to other platforms including Google products and the data was way off! Pros: Not much, the new design looks cool, but that's about it. I dont really have anything else I can say. Cons: Too many upgrade services, constantly upselling the product! The cancellation policy is a total scam.

One-stop shop tool for your SEO needs Overall: Overall, my experience with SEMRush has been good. It's almost like a one-stop shop for everything SEO. Pros: SEMrush has proven to be very effective in shaping my team’s content and ad strategies. I also really appreciate the Competitors Discovery feature, which reveals the SEO approaches of similar organizations—perfect for identifying new players in the market. Cons: It works well overall..I only wish that the customer service had more SEO experts on board. They do a great job at describing current features but not so much on consulting on SEO best practices.

Loved the reports and analytics! Overall: I really liked all the functionality of Semrush. There were a million reports and even after unsubscribing because of the cost, I still pull up old reports for information to this day. The writing assistant was the main reason we signed up for the program and after a while, I did start to feel like I had learned all I could from that part; however, if we signed up again, it would be for the wealth of reporting and analytics we can get from the program. They are so useful. Pros: So many tools and so many reports. There’s a wealth of information on Semrush, even if you have a free account. Cons: The cost. It was quite expensive and for a tiny team, it was a bit cost prohibitive.

Might not be the best fit for copywriters Overall: Overall, I reckon SEMrush is a pretty good tool for marketing stuff, but it's not really a game-changer for copywriting, mate. Pros: SEMrush has some handy features for content analysis and keyword research. I use it to find topic ideas and analyze me competitors, which is pretty cool. Cons: It's a bit pricey and more geared towards SEO than copywriting, though. Could be a bit overwhelming for those who aren't familiar with all the marketing jargon.

Happy Customer Overall: SEMrush is a platform that I use at minimum once per week. I've overall had a positive experience and constantly recommend the platform to other marketing professionals. Pros: I like that the platform isn't overly complicated and the features it offers are really dialed in to help with digital marketing and SEO. Cons: The platform appears to have some glitches or lack of data, especially when it comes to mobile data.
