We have used Semper Fi twice in the past couple of years. We used them for an AC tune-up, which was great. Recently, we had Garrett come out to do our hot water heater flush & plumbing check. Garrett was amazing! He was really friendly, explained things thoroughly, and checked out our faucets and fridge water. I appreciate how kind he was and he knew all the answers to our questions. I highly recommend them for the San Tan Valley area!
I was angry that my 12 y/o AC Unit was done for. I was hot, unapproachable and I don't like parting with my money. Andre was amazing! He calmed me down, and was so kind & patient, working with me to understand why the new unit was necessarry, explaining all my options and needs. Wow!!! By 11am the very next morning I had a new AC installed, at a price I could afford. The installation went so smooth I slept through it! It has been a journey and Semper Fi has been an active part of our journey to get our new Air Conditioner system installed and running. Great service and always responsive when we call. The last issue we had with our system it was 111 degrees out and at 4pm the AC just quit, I called Semper Fi and by 7PM the AC was repaired and working great. I recently had Chad from semper fi come inspect my 2 ac units , one was about 20 years old and the other is about 3 years old , my old one is about to fail and was very honest and upfront about me needing a new one which I was already prepared for , the newer smaller unit had a major issue with it and was able to practically take care of that one for free and have it up to correct working order , semper fi is honest and the warranties are amazing as well . I feel we’ll taken care of so far , now hopefully the work back ups the good first impression and diagnosis

I want to share my experience with Semper-Fi
I’m currently handling my grandmothers house as an executor and trustee of an estate. The a/c was completely corroded and disintegrating into the drain line. Not only that it was really old and just not working so well. We also needed a new water heater.
James P did an amazing job diagnosing the main problem that the house inspector and home appraiser both missed. Not only did he do a great job at diagnosing the issue, he did a very thorough job explaining to me how the a/c systems work as I have no clue I’m no expert, I definitely didn’t get any feeling of upselling or trying to take advantage of the situation. Hell, he even gave a heavy discount and threw in a free crane and a free upgrade to a 16 seer A/c system specifically made for Arizona heat.
Few days later, 2 guys came in and a crane operator removed the old a/c unit and put a new one in and installed a return air duct for better air flow and gave a good deal on the airgaurd which I love and keeps the house smelling clean. Every 6 months they will do free maintenance on your a/c and water heater it’s an amazing company very friendly and I highly recommend them.

Great service. They called a day ahead of the visit to remind me, as well as an hour prior to arrival. The technician was friendly and detailed his findings of my AC system. My dogs tried to jump on him (for attention) a couple of times, when he came inside to check my thermostat and vent. He responded friendly to them. His friendly attitude towards my dogs deserves a sixth star, but google won't allow me to add it.
I have requested service through this company multiple times since my first review. They continue to provide outstanding service. Sometimes the prices for component repairs seems a bit high, but when I take a minute to consider the time for travel, diagnosing the issue, and repairs the price is fair. The service they deliver and the amazing communications from the time I have called for service all the way through the repairs being completed are far above what I have seen feom similar companies.

I called Semper Fi because my thermostat kept losing power. The first technician couldn't find the exact issue, but he did catch a part that was going bad. Because we get occasional power drops living in downtown Gilbert, I also decided to have them install a surge protector.
Unfortunately, the thermostat cut out again a few hours after he left. I called back, and they promptly sent a second technician who ran more tests but couldn't duplicate the issue. When it happened again the next morning, I managed to reset it myself by pulling the disconnect and plugging it back in.
Frustrated by the situation, I contacted them again. This time, they sent out a supervisor to confirm everything. A manager also reached out and refunded some of my money since the initial visits hadn't resolved the core issue—which I truly appreciated, even though I didn't mind paying for the preventative parts we replaced.
Ultimately, Semper Fi came out the same day every single time I called. They genuinely listened to my concerns, and between the technicians and myself, we checked absolutely everything possible. Both the manager and supervisor stayed in constant contact with me. At the end of the day, they went above and beyond to make things right. I’m very satisfied with their service, and now we are just waiting to see if it throws a code if it happens again. Highly recommend for their accountability!

I was floored and disappointed what this "Veteran" company is charging for services. $630+ for a capacitor replacement??? Are you kidding me?? As a veteran, I try and support these so-called veteran owned companies and to be honest this might be the last time. The over inflated service charges for simple service items is ridiculous. If you're marking up services just to mark them down under the guise of a veteran discount then shame on you, it would have been much cheaper to not support a veteran owned company and that is unfortunate. At some point people are tired of getting ripped off, I hope this was worth it as I'll take my $20K+ condenser/heater replacement business elsewhere that isn't ripping off veterans in the Phoenix Valley.
In no way do I hold the Technician responsible, Ryan did a great job of explaining everything and was simply doing his job as troubleshooting HVAC Technician. The problem lies with the business model of these HVAC companies killing people on rates, parts and turning Technicians into sales persons in the field.
Before using this company call around, I found a smaller competitor that doesn't pay for big advertising, billboards and commercials and he charges $190 for the same capacitor replacement.

Our A/C unit stopped working in the middle of the night. I was able to call and get scheduled for the same day, with the appointment being a couple hours from the time I called. Which was amazing with the temperature climbing to 90* in the house. Luke was our technician. Luke was so polite, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our A/C unit was running at 100%. He made sure to explain everything that he was doing and what needed to be fixed. He even took the time to clean the unit because it was so dusty. If there are any issues down the road, we will definitely be using Semper Fi Heating & Cooling, and if we can request a specific technician, we will request Luke. Thank you again!
