Sam was an excellent service, plumber maintenance 🧑🔧 employee of Semper Fi. He came early and emptied our water heater & did the plumbing by putting in a cartridge for bathroom tub. I have the warranty which costs 12.00 per month and pays for itself. We are snowbirds & need a dependable Semper Fi Heating & Cooling to help us with our air conditioners, water heater, water system and all other needs that come up. Excellent company.

Semper Fi installed a new heat pump for me last, did a great job and even came back later and installed a new Wi Fi thermostat at no extra charge. Good business to work with.

Great service. I had them put in an AC Unit and replace 3 valves on water lines. The crew that took care of the AC was very professional and did a great job. The plumber that did the valves was very good. He made sure everything was done correctly. Quick service. Called and they were there the next day
Had a follow up visit to check the heat. Serviceman was thorough and professional. He took pictures of some areas that might represent future issues and discussed options.

Austin arrived on time, was kind, and was not pushy on services. Many other companies I have used push this and that, but he didn’t. He provided a clear document of the health of the units and informed me to reach out anytime. I appreciate him coming same day to tune up our units.

Absolutely amazing service. My heater went out overnight and they had my home toasty and warm by lunchtime. Also, used them for my water heaters scheduled maintenance, price is excellent for such thorough service. Very professional and friendly technicians.
