Essentially what they did was just show me the price of a broken laptop on ebay of the same specs by ordering by lowest price and insisting that was the value, despite when you actually look at those specs for the majority of the working laptops, it was 3 times that price. Got 300 dollars more just by shopping around to other similar stores.
