JR orchestrated his inspections to empty our home. We were left with nothing. The house had sat unoccupied for six months due to horrible freeze in Winter 2021. People and stray animals had came and went trashing and polluting our home without our knowledge. JR did a walk through and offered to purchase our home regardless. Only to turn around and violate us. Seller beware of this criminal
