I worked with Stefan Petrashek to sell my home. He was fabulous in the direction he gave me in the things I needed to touch up and do to get top dollar for my home. Stefan was able to offer me some great referrals for the projects I neeed help doing before putting the house on the market. Stephan is very knowledgeable of the area and was spot on in my listing price. When I was anxious about the process he was able to assist in providing me with the things I needed to know to ease my worries and stress! Sheryl set up great lines of communication with everyone in the office and they were all very prompt and friendly to responding to all my questions. Also doing the paperwork was very slick online and very easy to follow directions. I have been very satisfied living in this rental home. The house is comfortable, peaceful, and well maintained. I especially appreciate how well the outside areas are managed, including snow removal and lawn care.
