Arrived in dubai and had no wheelchair for my husband,I contacted the first 2 options Google suggested but they didn't reply, sehaaonline was my 3rd option and got a reply instantly,they left the wheelchair first thing in the morning and picked it up themselves,no hassle for me or my husband.
Price was very good,the wheelchair was comfortable for him and me.
Honestly I have to recommend their equipment and the customer service.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Sehaonline. I had rented a wheelchair for my mother who was visiting from India. The team was very response, quality of the wheelchair was very good, and cost for hire was very reasonable.
They even extended the booking period by one way when i requested.
The delivery and pick up of the wheelchair was handled very efficiently and on time.
All communication including booking was done on WhatsApp.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I returned an item back in February and was told the refund would be processed within 14 working days. It’s now been almost two months, and I’m still waiting. I’ve followed up multiple times, but all I get are vague responses and no real update. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. I just want my refund processed—how hard can that be?
I am happy about the quality of the product received. Everything went smoothly, just experienced confusion about the delivery date. Apart from that, highly recommend it, especially for the extra mile to help with the asap situation.
