I saw a Facebook ad for Segal Jewelers and was struck by the beauty of a Black Diamond Royal Lion Men's Signet Ring, a Terry #7 that was featured. At first, I thought it might be a FB scam, the ad was so good. After verifying the Segal website was real, I was amazed at the stunning designs and the site itself. With my 80th BD fast approaching, my wife insisted I get it for that special occasion. Glad we did, the ring is BEAUTIFUL! The customer service was impeccable. My questions were answered immediately and often my the designer, Yaniv, himself, by phone and email. If I could give Segal Jewelry 6 stars, I would. Buy with confidence and love the experience.

I ordered the Nova no. 8 with a 3 carat black diamond and the Naomi no. 2 eternity ring. Yaniv called me himself when I first added the two rings to my shopping cart. He said he could raise the basket holding the black diamond so that the eternity band would fit nicely underneath it. The rings arrived and were beautiful. I did regret not purchasing a bigger black diamond. I emailed Yaniv and asked if it were possible to upgrade by one carat. He said no problem. I paid the difference and shipped my rings back. I just received my set back today and the one extra carat made a huge difference. My ring is absolutely perfect now. I couldn't be happier. Segal goes above and beyond to make you happy with your purchase!

The rose gold Magen David is more beautiful in person than on the website. The service from Yaniv was so good. I wanted a different chain and he went over and above to find me what I wanted, sent me different videos to show me how they looked and followed up each time to make sure I would get what I wanted. The packaging was lovely and came with the valuation and the shipping was fantastic — tracking enabled me to see almost to the minute when it would arrive so that I could be home to sign for it. If I could give it more than 5 stars for both the product and the service I would. Will definitely be coming back.

This company went above and beyond for me and my new husband. I ordered a ring I thought he would love and I accidentally ordered the wrong metal. I was wrong, he hated the one I picked out. Whoops!!! LOL Thank God this company allowed me to return and exchange the ring. The process was really fast and we were able to get a ring he loves. I myself own an online boutique and know how hard it is to shop online. I would absolutely recommend shopping with Segal. Their customer service really is top notch, especially for this day and age.
