*New patient*……… That being said I’ll fill you in on this dentist office. I checked in and sat down and within (5) minutes they took me into a room and took a full set of X-ray’s that took maybe (5) minutes. Then the girl left and never came back.
30 minutes later I’m still waiting for someone to see me. (No one ever came back at all.) I was so annoyed I took my bib off and left it on a table and walked out the front door. The girl that took the X-rays was sitting in an office adjacent the room she put me in. No one even got up to ask if I needed something. She just sat in her office and watched me walk out the door. Never a phone call afterwards either. I guess they have too much work. 😂
